Apartment holiday rentals in Ticino

Perfect studio apartment. Lovely ginormous bathtub! about one minute walk to the Tuesday market, the lake, restaurants, bus, best coffee ever, and grocery store. AC worked beautifully and fast, so we only turned it on when we were home. We were able to use some bikes, I am not sure if that is always available, but It was a sweet surprise and really made our stay in Ascona fun. Also I have never been in an Airbnb as clean as this, it even smelled of fresh linens. There is a beautiful sitting area downstairs you can people watch from. There are lovely skylights with electric blackout blinds. Over all great place and great price!

Had a great stay at Raffaella’s apartment. The view is amazing. The welcome drinks & food were a lovely touch. We spent as much time on the balcony as possible. It is a very hilly area, so the nearby bus stop was very useful. The apartment was extremely peaceful at night.

A very cozy and clean apartment. It is very quiet and has everything you need from a small kitchen to a bathroom. Comfortable bed where you can sleep very well. Katrin is very friendly and helpful. She gives good information about local restaurants and hikes.

We enjoyed a lot in this quiet authentic Ticino village. Since we arrived by public transport, Cleto picked us up downstairs at the lake. A small bus goes up to the village a few times a day. But rather little and that's why we always walked otherwise. About 15 minutes 400 stairs up or down. We like to walk. But if you don't have a car and are not good on foot it is not so ideal. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

The Grischina in Locarno is a beautiful apartment on the Lido di Locarno with great views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains. The terrace is huge.. All rooms are clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathing establishment is just across the street and you can quickly walk to the center of Locarno. The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. We experienced great 5 days in this quiet yet central apartment. We will come back for sure. Arrivederci Grischina!

Just returned after a few days at this lovely apartment. Situated in an ideal part of the town with most attractions and activities within easy reach. Good choice of cafes and restaurants nearby. Great hosts and would recommend this as an excellent location for visiting this lovely City.

A very well located apartment, at the best!

We just enjoyed our getaway and the beautiful views, whether from the living room, dining table or pergola. The apartment was lovingly decorated, modern and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was nothing missing. We had rented the covered parking and this was great. Was located directly by the stairs to the apartment and there was still enough space for two e-bikes. Also, the steps to the apartment were very easy to master, even with luggage. Lighted in the evening. Check-in is uncomplicated and Sandra informed us well about everything in advance and at the end. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Very nice and quiet apartment with parking and small ‘terrace’. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and very clean. The cool toys for the kids should be mentioned:) Also decorated with love. Excursion tips are available. Host always responded very quickly, also introduced herself in person. Ascona lake promenade within walking distance. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

We were very happy with the accommodation. We have two boys (2 and 5 years old) the available toys were perfect for them. In addition, the apartment was very close to shopping and public transport. Locarno can be reached in a few minutes by bus. Michelle was very pro-active and always quick to respond to my messages. Thanks Michelle for the nice stay.

The place was exactly as described. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed. The paved balcony was great, as we could sit outside even in winter when the sun shone. The location is great, the bus stop only a few meters and over the way along the lake, you can be in Locarno in 30 minutes. There is a playground nearby, which you could easily walk to. The communication worked excellently, Ralph always responded very quickly and was always very friendly. We would recommend the place.

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

We were warmly welcomed by Nicola and he immediately explained everything to us on site. We felt like at home. The place is very central but quiet, a real oasis to relax. If you have any questions, Nicola is always available. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was clean and in a great location. For the price I can recommend the apartment. It would only have been nice if there was wood at least for the first fire. Be sure to pack a hair dryer to all ladies. The view is phenomenal.
