In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby: Bakery in town Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) Access to public transport is not very convenient, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. You'll love the place because of the environment that balm is for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is invisible, fenced + "burglar-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is suitable for disabled people and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for a cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children/babies, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

My apartment is located in an historic building that once housed the old town hall printing works. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private car parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all earnings from airbnb will only be used to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Surrounded by meadows with grazing cows, our holiday home, which was renovated in 2018 and used to be a small farm, is surrounded by greenery. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically situated house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is fenced and therefore suitable for infants and four-legged children.

Dear guests, I am glad that you have discovered my apartment. The apartment is located in a central location of Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you would like to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house, but separated and has its own entrance. It is located on the back, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that does not have a handrail!

Our village is a small round village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest and has enough space to let off steam.
