Holiday rentals with lake access in Tiny

It was a pleasure staying at the Sixth Great Lake, we have a wonderful time. I think you have a wonderful location there and your amazing and accommodations really made our stay relaxing and memorable. Tetyana was great at communication and responsive before and during our stay. The place is very spacious, clean, well maintained and has all listed amenities . I would highly recommend.

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

Brett was an awesome host. Was always super responsive and helpful. His cottage was such a relaxing time for my family and I. The backyard was very private and great for my dog to run around in. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing, and using the fire pit!

Becky’s cottage is perfect for a family stay in Muskoka. The cottage is incredibly well designed and appointed with tons of small touches that make the stay outstanding. Both the main cottage and side cottage provide ample space for all parties and the outdoor space from docks to patios give everyone tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. We hope to stay here again soon! Derek

The place is filled with love of Pirabakaran, we can feel the efforts on all the items and supplies he provides to make our living experience way much easier and nicer. The house and space are nice and comfortable, recommended for having a relaxing lakefront cottage/house getaway with the people you love. amenities are good: kayak, floating, fire pit, huge lakefront backyard, bbq grill, pool table, darts, big living and dining area

We went to this cottage for a beautiful romantic weekend getaway and we were happy we got that. The owner of the cottage Necker was very kind and helpful, absolutely loved the place and there was plenty of water activities to do. It was easy to check in, communicate and plenty of peaceful vibes. Recommended 100%, please go visit this cottage it is very well worth it. P.S: we loved the character of the cottage with little artpieces and wall art from all over the globe 🌎.

Stayed for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Great location with 1.5hr drive from the city. Very clean, cozy and well equipped. The owners are very thoughtful and offered a welcome package of snacks. Beds are comfortable. Beautiful backyard with lots of trees, a fire stove and access to a small lake. Lots of activities to do. We enjoyed the paddle boat and pooling a lot. Overall a five star and great cottage for a short getaway!

Stayed during major snowfall. Great place to be in, very comfortable and cozy. We had a nice walk along the neighborhood and along the walking path in Orillia. Great view from the dining and sitting area. We did absolutely enjoy our stay

We had the best weekend stay at Cathy’s place. We felt like we were in a winter wonderland the whole weekend. The home is so beautifully decorated with everything someone would need for a stay. The facilities were also amazing, with a great booking system to allow you to experience both the sauna and hot tub privately. The location is great- only a 10/15 minute drive to the Nordic centre where you can enjoy cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Cathy was so kind, accommodating and responsive the whole trip. We also got the chance to meet and talk to her at the end of our stay and she gave us such interesting information about the property! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Wasaga beach and we hope to be back soon :)

Maria’s space was absolutely amazing. Anything you would need to feel at home they provide. From good quality personal hygiene products to full cabinets stocked with seasonings and teas, this airbnb had it all. This space would be tight for 4 people however, it was ideal for 2 girls on a weekend get away.

I had an amazing stay at Jeff and Tess's place! From the moment I booked, they provided clear and detailed instructions that made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The house was incredibly well-maintained, clean, and cozy, as described in the listing. I met Tess she was very kind, and I enjoyed talking with her It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here!

The place was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed! Carley did a great job of describing how to get there and was quick to respond.

This was our second stay at Peggy’s and we definitely will stay there again. It’s clean & well stocked with everything we would need. Peggy is wonderful to deal with and a great host. The location is perfect for what we need. The property is beautiful. Nothing negative about it.

Doreen and Derek were excellent hosts. They were warm, friendly and receptive. The place was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had all necessary amenities. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. We would like to visit the place again if the opportunity arises.

We went for our anniversary right after the heavy heavy snowfall they got with snow banks being over 6ft tall. With that they pivoted amazing the driveway and walkways were well kept and Salted. Check in was very easy and straightforward. It was such a nice cottage vibe and exceeded our expectations! The kind welcome basket, welcome sign with our named and freshly baked goods were truly such a cute surprise that made us want to come back in the summer! My boyfriend even forgot something in the wardrobe and they were very kind and understanding when we had to go back after checkout to retrieve the item. Although the kings den is below the main house we rarely heard anything from any other guests or the hosts. 10/10 would come again and recommend!

We had a lovely stay! The place was quiet and cozy. We were very happy to sit by the fireplace at night and relax after our long day. Also waking up to the beautiful lake view was a treat. The place was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our stay 😊

Beautiful home. I cannot describe how pretty it looks with the natural frozen lake surroundings, you really have to see it for yourself. Everything was spotless, great location close to Walmart, Bulk Barn, Pet Store and even some Tesla superchargers if you're coming in an EV. The outdoor jacuzzi was a wonderful addition. Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and things you'll need (and more)! Neighbourhood is very quiet and the surrounding residences are filled with friendly folks. Only thing to make a note of is the fire pit is not accessible during the winter due to the massive amounts of snow near and on it. All in all, 10/10 would highly recommend and would love to return.

What a great location for a cottage! The included boats (canoes & kayaks) are really nice. We went in late October (end of the season) and the neighborhood was nearly deserted. We were often the only people out on the lake. It takes about 20-25 minutes to paddle over to one of the several waterfront restaurants in Port Severn. Trevor's communications were very precise and easy to follow. Only negative comment concerns the well water. It's not just high in minerals, it is so high in minerals that it smells terrible and you really don't want to shower in it.

We loved our time here! Robert was responsive and answered all of our questions. Instructions were clear. The cottage was clean. There was enough space for 6 adults to feel comfortable and have enough space, and a number of gathering spots to play games, eat together, etc. We were particularly impressed and grateful for all of the amenities--they have it all! For activities: 2 kayaks and a canoe, various-sized life jackets, even 2 fishing rods! Lots of games inside. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, fragrance-free laundry detergent with the washer/dryer. The kitchen is well-stocked (plenty of dishes and cutlery, large mixing bowls, baking pans, pots/pans, oils, sauces, condiments, spices), and we cooked many large meals. The fire pit was great, and they even have bug spray! The park down the street has a new tennis/pickle ball/basketball court. Cons: you can definitely hear the trains and highway, but we expected this going in. Would still recommend this cottage!

This cottage is an absolute gem. We had the best time, as did our golden retriever, by far one of his funnest weekends ever!!! The sandy beach was perfect for him. We loved the docks, kayaks, row boat, paddle board, all so fun and peaceful on the calm lake. The cottage was in a great location, easy to find. The inside of the cottage was so cozy. Minden is so close and such a cute town. Thank you!!!

Great cottage for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and was spotless. Rachel responded almost immediately to any questions we had. All around it was a great trip!

We had the best summer before school starts , thanks to Henry’s cottage! There lots to do, campfire, kayak, boating etc. We love the jetty by the lake and we have coffee there every morning!!! The backyard is so spacious it has the playground that kids have plenty of stuff to do! The place is very quiet at night! We also love the bedrooms and it has no problems accomodating our family plus two more. We have a good experience here and Henry is very responsive on our concerns and questions! We will definitely come back !! Thanks!!!

Dave was a great host and the cottage was absolutely beautiful, would absolutely return during any season!
