Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Titusville

We enjoyed our time at David's home. He responded timely and was very informative. The home was clean and large for our group of ten. The location is great. Approx. Thirty minutes to Disney. Easy traffic to get there. Everything we needed was there. Walmart, Aldi, Sam's, and Target all fairly close. Recommendation: suggest you bring bar soap or soap dispenser as each bathroom has only one hotel size bar of soap. Also be aware that the game room (garage) activities are well worn and may not be very usable. Otherwise a great place to stay, would stay again.

Cindy's place is truly home away from home, a totally amazing space. We always look forward to staying at Cindy's because we know it's going to be immaculately clean and welcoming. Contacting the host is easy and immediate; she is always reponsive. We especially enjoy the very private master suite complete with its own sitting room, bathroom, and access to the back porch and a magnificent kitchen. This makes you feel very special. The layout of this house is welcoming to all guests but provides the master with privacy at an appropriate distance from the guests who reside on the opposite side of the house. It's an updated split floor plan with quite an open space in between where dining room flows into the living room. The layout is just so thoughtfull, accomodating quite a number of guests. Every day here is enjoyable. The neighbors are all quiet and friendly. The driveway is generous. Obviously I really like this location and can't say enough good things about it.

Was a great place for me and my dogs to stay for almost a month. The beds and bathrooms were all clean. Had most of the amenities needed. If you are staying for longer than a few days, you need to bring your own things like toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags. The pool at the clubhouse was great to sit out at. There is a nice walkable path around the pond as well. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I wish the fee for the $25 gate pass was refundable if returned, but not the hosts fault just the neighborhoods rules. Thanks again, would definitely stay here again.

The place was great. It’s walking distance to the mall with tons of food places nearby. It’s close to the interstate. The house itself was extremely clean, plenty of towels, closet space, and room. Very spacious. The backyard is great! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Orlando. Thank you Genesis for the wonderful stay!

We stayed for 5 nights at Carries’s place and loved everything about it! Everything was squeaky clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find amenities like laundry pods, dishwasher pods and coffee filters. It was easy to find, and close to anything we needed. My 7 year-old loved the pool, hot tub, game room and having her very own bedroom and bathroom. Carrie left very detailed instructions for everything, and responded in minutes if we needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we would definitely stay again in the future!

Anne was great. Super responsive, house fit 6 women perfectly. All rooms had nice beds and their own bathrooms. Anne's communication was excellent. The house was spotless minus the carpet, which had stains and felt dirty. Hard to control and to be expected in a rental house. There is no privacy outside by the pool and you can see and hear all of your neighbors, which was interesting when hanging by the pool. We paid for the heat to be on in the pool and hot tub and both were very nice! There were signs everywhere on what you can and cannot do in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms etc. I would say it was a little excessive, but I get it. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

First time in Cocoa Beach. The house was great for teenagers. Lots to do! Many games of pool:)

The home was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The large fenced in yard were great for the dogs. The beds were comfortable. This is a very walkable area. The home is close to the Jetty Pier to watch the launches (prepay $15 online) or if you choose to walk the beach is a half block away. We saw dolphins and sea turtles in Jetty Park along the pier. You do have to drive about 15 minutes and pay to park to go onto the beach that permits dogs it is south from the home. There were a few minor issues but Amanda was very responsive. We explored the Kennedy Center and Apollo/Saturn V Center which provides free kennels (they also sell tickets to see some rocket launches). The Black Point and Canaveral National Seashore wildlife drives are wonderful to see different wildlife. There are also other nearby places you may have a chance to see Manatees.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were lovely at the end of long days.

The house is excellent. Well equipped kitchen with various utensils that help during the accommodation. The swimming pool was very helpful with the children. The condominium club also pleased us. Adanel is quite proactive and quickly answers questions. It is about air conditioning that does not seem to work in some rooms..However, for sure, we will be back soon!!

The house was lovely and very big. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was a workable kitchen and had a diningroom table to accomodate us all to eat at the same time. It was great to drive to and from the parks and not get tangled in all the traffic. We would definately stay here again.

the place was wonderful. quite and mostly clean. the couch, chairs and rugs look like they needed vacuum. also we had to buy a plunger and dishwasher soap but no biggie. other then that the stay was great with minimal problems. oh oh the sink in the kitchen leaks as a pan was under to catch water no one told us about and it overflowed but again not a big deal. I would definitely stay again thank you.

My only concern for anyone would be there was no bath soap, shampoo, one toilet paper, no hand towels. We had 3 garbage bags and one roll of paper towel. Only 2 kitchen towels. Zero supplies in kitchen. First one I have stayed in with zero supplies. Lastly, the line is very long to get into the resort depending on the timing since you are in a security setting. That def needs to be addressed within that community. The place is very clean and beautiful. Yes, I would stay there again knowing I would need to go to store and buy supplies. Thank you!

The cabin was exactly what me and my boyfriend needed for our Disney Trip. A perfect slice of Disney World in a perfect spot by the parks, with touches of adorable mickey decor. All in all a memorable trip and would absolutely visit again. 10/10 Very kind and communicative hosts, thank you again!

reserved the location just for one night, but everything was so amazing!! the outside scenery on the lot, the privacy, self check in and out was very easy and more. very communicative, responsive and friendly host! everything listed seemed to match up and meet our expectations! definitely would stay again. 10/10!!

Such a beautiful space! The kids loved the hottub / games / soccer field was the best part! Very clean, great water pressure in the showers. really enjoyed having Netflix already set up on the TV as well. Would definitely stay again!
