Very comfortable and clean apartment. Very quiet place and only a few minutes from Madrid. Rosa is a fantastic host.

It has been a very comfortable stay, it deserves very much to be able to book said accommodation, kindness, availability, Amalia's attention, the facilities are very good , everything is in perfect condition, everything is perfect, we would stay in it again.

Good accommodation, we loved the location since it was close to everything, what we suggest is that the information is updated the check-out time, we appeared 6 pm, however it is at 11 am. Anyway, the stay was excellent and we recommend it. Good communication with Francisco.

The apartment is located on the third and top floor ( it does not have an elevator). The property has two comfortable rooms with large closets, a small but functional bathroom and like a very large shower. The living room has a folding dining table and 2 comfortable sofas. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything you may need. The house is completed by a nice terrace with a table with umbrella and bbq. The house is very quiet and there is no noise from the street (but to say that we had the windows closed). The neighborhood where it is located is Usera, the china town of Madrid. Don't be scared of it, the neighborhood is really very characteristic and peaceful. You can get to the center comfortably by both the metro and the bus. Public transportation works great. Oussama is a very kind and accurate host, available to all your requests but not at all intrusive. Thank you for hosting us

Raquel's place was very inviting, white glove service from start to finish. quiet community, beautiful home and home amenities where perfect. Home has private parking that was available. Also had cable TV service - free of charge, great for my children. enjoyed plenty of sunlight. Bathroom and showers where amazing. Beds where comfortable after a long walks site seeing. This is a must stay and very close to Madrid (downtown). We had a rental vehicle.

The house is beautiful, ten clean, very comfortable beds, spacious and very cozy. Fabiola very nice, he left us a detail upon our arrival that is to be thanked, a very rich homemade cake. It has been pending throughout the place and gave us flexibility when checking out. The house is located in an exceptional environment, where you can hike with beautiful landscapes and you have all the services and restaurants where you eat 10. And that the house has a bathroom in each room and the fireplace has been a joy. We have definitely been very comfortable. Thank you very much for your stay.

Exceptional experience, starting with attention and concern with arrival and check in. We had an early arrival and we felt the effort to meet us. We were very welcome at all times: arrival, communication, during the stay, in the change of bed linen and at the check out. We had a demand to change a lamp and get a curtain that fell down and we were promptly answered. The apartment is sensational, cozy, tasteful, great rooms. Bathrooms serve well and the kitchen as well. Everything worked perfectly. The balcony is a high point of the apartment. The neighborhood also helps with its quiet of being residential, but with plenty of choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. We love and will be back!

Fantastic stay, Antonio is a super nice host, flexible and always attentive to what we needed, I recommend it 100%, I'm sure we repeat!
