Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tochni

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Larnaca. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the promenade. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a nice bonus for morning coffee or evening wine. Our host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Communication was smooth throughout.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in beautiful Cyprus—it felt like home from the moment I arrived. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, from hot water and working appliances to a fancy kitchen, cozy beds, and a spacious balcony. What made it even more special was Elias, our amazing host—attentive, kind, and always available, even recommending a fantastic local cleaning service that was well worth it. A modem, cozy, and seamless experience I’d happily repeat—highly recommended!

Mike was very responsive and friendly. Clear instructions and the place is really taken care of. Unfortunately only got to stay 1 night but looking forward to coming back. Can definitely recommend.

Pathos and Marianna were amazing hosts, went over and above on many occasions. The condo was beautiful, tons of space and nicely appointed. Neighbourhood is not but not much going on about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. Other than that, it was perfect.

Our stay at Elena’s could not have been better! The process was faultless - from start to finish. Elena was very communicative and helpful. We even ordered some groceries for our arrival. In gene Elena was so lovely and went above and beyond in every way, offering a flexible check in. The flat was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfy and the pillows too. The couch had snuggle blankets which was very cosy. The kitchen was well set up with everything you could possibly want or need. We used the washing machine and dryer and it worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was amazing! And the suburb of Strovolos is so peaceful and felt very safe. It was a short walk to the bakery and other shops etc which was good. Honestly I can’t recommend his place, and host enough! When I return to Nicosia in the future I was most definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Elena!!

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

everything was absolutely gorgeous. the view the house stunning ! perfect for two small families or two couples looking for a quiet get away. we had trouble finding a market close by I would advise making a solid grocery list beforehand. the chicken pen and jacuzzi was a favourite for the kids. the kitchen appliances were superb quality. the only problem we had was the staircase going upstairs is extremely dangerous for little children. there's a huge empty space between the stairs and the railing big safety hazard for kids. definitely will be visiting again ! the staff were much help and very polite 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Wonderful accommodation in the village with two restaurants nearby. The Tochni Tavern had wonderful meals at a good price. Mr. George gave us a little history and offered us a map, which helped us navigate where to visit and go during our stay. He answered our questions and was proactive in asking if he could be of any more help to ensure our comfort. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation includes a pool and A/C, which made the heat bearable. All in all, I intend to come back and would absolutely recommend this to anyone

It was close to everywhere 50 meters from the main road. The location was very good. We felt like we were at home. It is very advantageous to have 3 bedrooms. We found it no matter what we were looking for in the kitchen. The contact was very fast, thank you with the host

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. Really nice authentic Cyprus house, so spacious. It’s a bit cold inside during the winter, but ACs totaly help!

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

We had a great time at Andrew and Nick's home. Clean, functional, spacious and well-equipped, the place perfectly matched the photos and we appreciated the immediate proximity to a supermarket and bars where to have breakfast.

The apartment is new and clean, has private parking and is a short walking distance from Finikoudes Promenade, where there are many cafes, bars and restaurants. Nicolas is a great host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had 3 days in Oct here with a friend before moving to Protaras. I knew I would return in the spring if Christakis had availability. Perfect location for me, a short walk to the beach and excellent restaurants plus close to the salt lakes. Very quiet at night, comfy bed. Netflix for free was a real treat 👍 When you arrive tired from travelling there are lots of other bits that are much appreciated like salt/ pepper/ herbs and spices, milk & water. Will definitely return next year if he has availability. Thanks again 👏

The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Had an excellent stay! We were moved to a different flat due to some repairs, but Christos was excellent with communication and explanation and made the process very smooth. Lovely interior, just what we were looking for. Would stay again!

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.
