Arriving with very clear directions. Clear directions on how the spa bath works as well. The place was immaculate! Bed was super comfy! Lovely and clean shower. Spa bath really topped it all off and had no trouble with the temperature also. Definitely will be returning!

Clare’s place was a gentle stroll in to Fram, which is so pretty. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, all Clare’s instructions were very clear. Her communication was excellent and very prompt. I would definitely recommend her cottage to anyone who would like a stay in Framlingham. Thank you.

We had a great stay at California Dreaming. The house is fun and quirky and a great place for a group of friends to get together. We would love to come back with our friends another time . It was also a lovely place for just us two to relax and unwind together in❤️. Lexi and Sam are brilliant hosts. Friendly and helpful. Sam popped in to change the gas as it was running low and Lexi messaged after a chilly night to make sure the heating was set to right temperature for us. We also had a peek inside their two new bungalows and we will definitely be looking to stay in one of those in the future as they are fabulous. The beach at the end of the road is glorious. Quiet, clean and peaceful. We walked along the coastal path into Casiter-on-Sea and back along the beach. While there we had a delicious lunch in Branfords. Thanks to Lexi and Sam for a great stay and we are sure we will be back 😊

I would recommend the house, it's in a fab location near a beautiful beach and local amenities, feels homely and is good value. Note there's no iron so you might want to take one with you! The day bed room can be bright early in the spring/summer mornings (due to no blind/curtain on one of the windows).

We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable weekend in Jayne's cottage which was very well equipped and cosy and very conveniently situated.

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home. The house is well equipped with plenty of room for our party of eight adults. The house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and cotton bed linen. The kitchen was perfect for catering for our family. We took my elderly mother and the basement bedroom and bathroom were ideal as her mobility is limited. Would highly recommend this lovely house for a family gathering

I have absolute nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. Dairy barn is located in Roger’s beautiful Home Farm. Lush gardens and waking up to birds singing. A lovely fully enclosed paddock for our dog Loki to play tug and ball, with outside seating so we could enjoy a glass of wine. The accommodation is homely, exceptionally well kitted out, clean and inviting. There is a large comfy bed, whirlpool bath, with large separate shower. Comfy sofa and kitchen which is spacious and had everything we needed. The welcome basket and goodies were super generous and gratefully received . Roger is a lovely host, who greeted us on arrival and ensured we had all we needed. At the end of our stay, checked we had a good break. We will definitely be back
