A wonderful and serene home while in Kyoto. The location was very close to everything we needed. The host Miki was very helpful. Thanks for such an amazing stay. Such a lovely and peaceful home ! A definite highlight of our Kyoto trip !

We had a fantastic time in Kamo staying at Wheeler’s Den. Each day offered something new and novel to see and explore and it was always so nice to return to the cosy space Junko and Philip have created. Thank you both ☺️

Great place in a beautiful area. The place itself is roomy and is perfect for 4-5 people. The entire place was squeaky clean and organized. The shower is awesome with a nice bath if needed. Great amenities to cook if needed (cooked wagyu a few times). Easy access via elevator or stairs to your room. Nearby trail for running and biking. River for sightseeing. ln a prime area near many train stations to get you to other cities (Keihan Line is a 5 minute walk and Kyoto Station is a 15-20min walk). Small businesses nearby for food and drinks. Host was pleasant and responsive when needed. Overall, this is a diamond find and highly recommend to others if you're staying in Kyoto.

amazing! absolutely will recommend this place for anybody visiting Kyoto. Walking distance from so many great restaurants and bars, but the BNB is tucked away in a quiet street so we felt like locals. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again :)

An amazing stay! The pictures don’t do the villa justice! A beautiful stay, the private onsen was incredible, and Keirei and her team were super helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Very good deal and almost new cozy home. Like almost everything for the house, just need to bear with Kyoto's buses to commute. Recommend to take a taxi to major station, this will save your time. Don't trust google map's bus time table, as it is just scheduled time. There will always be unknown delayed due to traffic jam and long-queue for bus.

We were a party of 5 people and it fit us perfectly! The place is very strategically located near Sumizome station and JR Fujinomori, which is an important point for us. The place is homey, very clean, and feels very new as well. There are not many places to eat nearby, but it is not a problem for us. We did not use the outside onsen as it was winter. Overall, very great experience indeed.
