Good location, convenient to go to Shinsaibashi, Namba Well-equipped

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Lots of space, great for 2-4 peeps. Short walk to lots of great food options. Restaurants closer to Kos place have less tourist upcharge. Funky shops and fashion around orange Street is always interesting. Ko was responsive and always had clear instructions. Would recommend.

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.

Had a lovely time here in Kamakura and it was great to come back to a peaceful apartment after a long day. The washer was really helpful and even though it took a couple hours, the dry function in the shower worked really well. I would definitely stay here again if I ended up visiting Kamakura again.

The description was polite and full of amenities, and we had a very comfortable stay.

I can recommend this appartement with any doubt. It's a bit outside of Kyoto Downtown but right next to the JR train station (10 min walk) is a big mall which offers everything you need in the morning or evening when coming home. Everthing was very clean and well organized. I enjoyed the more minimalistic approach without missing anything during my stay.

The host responds to messages very quickly. The house is very clean and as it appears in the photos. We felt like we were at home. Very comfortable beds. Spacious cozy and beautiful home. The messages sent by the host were very detailed and helped us a lot with everything we needed.

We stayed with Yoko for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is incredibly large and everything you need was there. The beds are very cozy and Yoko took good care of us, she even cooked something extra for us. We will definitely be happy to come back!

The location of the B&B is excellent, the most lively of Shijo, which means Gion Shijo station and bus station, it is very convenient to travel.The B&B has an elevator to keep your luggage, which is too convenient for us with a lot of luggage.We are also very satisfied with the room, the view is very good, you can see the sunrise in the east and see the sunset on the west side; the bathroom and shower room are two, all of them are very complex, so it is really suitable for many people to stay.Previously commented that the top floor was a bar can be noisy, but I felt it was fine and the bar on the top floor was fantastic, and it was great to have a drink while looking at the Kamogawa view!I think the only disadvantage of the homestay is that the lights are too dim, and I can't see clearly when I get up in the morning with makeup, but it doesn't affect my love for this homestay, I will come and book again next time if I have a chance!

The apartment is very well equipped and everything quite new. It's clean and we felt safe. In the neighborhood are good shopping for groceries and also a shopping center. You can arrive and depart quite easily by bus and metro. There were three of us traveling and we were in 203. The flat offers enough space and retreats. It looks like the apartment is audible, so you should be quiet. However, we didn't hear anything on the 2nd floor.

Great place and easily accessible by lot of train/metro/tram station. The apartment was clean and spacious for me and my family. The host was always reponsive if any help needed. Definitely will book again if I comeback to Osaka soon.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to multiple train stations, which made getting around so easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Our family of four stayed for six nights, and we had a great experience. The owner provided clear instructions on getting to the apartment from the subway, which was just a few minutes' walk away. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Kuromon Market and a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori—close to most attractions but still quiet at night. She even offered free luggage storage downstairs, which was very convenient. The apartment is a typical Japanese-style unit: small but clean and comfortable, fitting the four of us and our luggage perfectly. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was well furnished and clean. Had all the amenities we needed for staying there for three nights. there’s a lot of local restaurants nearby that you can walk to. it’s also a 8 to 12 minute walk to the nearest station.

It was a relatively convenient location to get to Gansai Airport, Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara, and the subway station was right next to it, so the transportation was good. Osaka Castle was close, so it was good for running. There's a Don Quijote nearby and a big grocery store, so it's a good place to shop. This was a great place to stay for 4 days.

There is everything you need in terms of cutlery, shower product and everything about the kitchen. The kindness of those who manage the property is felt immensely by message. They are there in case of need and respond fairly quickly. I highly recommend taking a few, it's comfortable and typical. Thanks again KA House for this unforgettable moment!

Great spot close to the action. We felt it was larger and more spacious than the pictures showed. Had everything we needed. Great communication and even allowed us an early check in!
