Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tokamachi

The room was spacious and comfortable. Fumiko-san is very friendly and so does her husband. Since we don’t drive, they drove us to buy groceries and sightseeing. Also they recommended many activities to help us to explore the neighbourhood of Iizuna. With their help we had a lot of fun during our stay. We thank them for their kindness and hospitality. We’re gonna miss them and the lovely cute dog Ku-chan too.

It was very nice to relax in the indoor hot spring.

I used it from mid-September to late September 2024. There was no air conditioning, but the outside was cool enough and comfortable. The host was responsive and responsive, had pleasant memories, and had a great trip.Thanks again!

It was a clean and beautiful place to stay. The decor was very nice and the kitchen utensils and amenities were great. When I come to Nagano for a ski trip, I think it is a very good location because Hakuba, Myoko, and Shiga Won are all within an hour's drive.

We had a very relaxing time with 7 friends! The hot springs and saunas are great, and the ski resorts are close.🙆‍♂️

My family and I had a wonderful time at Tani House. The host welcomed us personally and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. She was always available if we had additional questions or requests. As for the house, although it is an old traditional house, the beautiful renovation makes it so it is very comfortable and offers any facility you may need. It was a joy to spend time in the house and its design. A plus was the river that was perfect for swimming and only a 3 minute walk. It is perfect for exploring both the Yuzawa and the Tokamachi area. Highly recommend staying here.

It was the most wonderful stay I have ever stayed in. The check-in time was stated in advance to contact us in advance, so we contacted you after noon on the day of the day.When we came at the time, they greeted us while shoveling the snow, and helped us carry our luggage. The indoor facilities were very clean.There were plenty of dishes and cooking appliances, and there was no inconvenience to cook.(There were no condiments provided.) There were 3 toilets and washrooms, so there was no trouble staying with 10 people.We didn't use the washing machine but there was a very large one. It was Kusatsu Onsen in the middle of winter, but there is air conditioning and underfloor heating, and there is no cold feeling in the room. The bathing time was set as described, but I think it is from a security point of view.There are three showers, and the bathtub is large enough for three adults to stretch out.It was great with a clean and well-maintained hot spring.There was also a heater, and the hot water was never cooled. The location was about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store, a 5-minute drive to a supermarket, and a 10-minute walk to Yubatake.There are many hills, and the roads have not been cleared, so if you are not used to visiting in winter, please be careful, but I think it is a perfect location. After checking out, they kept their luggage for sightseeing in the hot spring town, and we were able to enjoy Kusatsu Onsen to the fullest. I can definitely recommend it for those considering using it in Kusatsu.

There are many hills around, and it freezes in the winter, so it is better to have not only studless tires, but also chains.

Amazing host, friendly and super responsive. He checked available restaurants and booked seats for us when we had trouble finding an open one! The property is peaceful and gorgeous, and it has all kinds of amenities, way more than a usual Airbnb. Highly recommend and would certainly come again if in the area!

It was cold, so I was worried about the cold in the room, but the whole room was heated when I checked in, and I had a pleasant time. I was able to use the wood stove, and I had a very good experience. The air was delicious in a quiet environment, and I enjoyed nature. I'd love to stay again.
