Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tokyo Prefecture

Thank you host, enthusiastic, very clean house, traffic is very convenient to go to Takao mountain.The room is clean and large, suitable for four people.Two cars can be parked at the door.

It was clean and we had a very pleasant stay.When it comes to parking, there is little space to park a high roof, so in some cases it may be difficult to stay with a high roof car.However, we were able to use the three properly divided rooms, so it was easy to stay with multiple families and enjoy it.

very nice villa with parking, just be careful if you are planning to drive a big car like alphard, roads are quite narrow around the neighbourhood

Rie and Mark are lovely, generous hosts and their home is beautiful. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home is quiet and peaceful, and an easy walk away from the coast. Would recommend to everyone. We hope to be back someday :)

The place is great, it is a house with 3 rooms, 2 metro stations very close which makes it very easy to move around the city, konbini very close too, the space of the place is quite as it is a house, we were 3 people, each with 2 large suitcases and we had a lot of space, if I return to Tokyo I would definitely repeat hosting here.

The place was easy to go and it is near the JR station. The apartment was clear

Our family really liked the location of the pencil house. It's almost right next to the Shinjuku station, with a quick and pleasant walk, you'll be at the center of activities. If you walk in the other direction for a few minutes, you can get into small alleys with lots of local restaurants. The pencil house itself is cozy, very unique, and everything functions quite well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

This is a wonderful apartment in Tokyo, especially if you’re after western conveniences. The heated floors keeps the whole apartment cozy and warm, the washer dryer set up is excellent if you don’t have time to hang laundry, the beds are super comfortable and all amenities are provided. In addition to the wonderful apartment June is one of the best hosts I’ve had on Airbnb. She is extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend her home.

A very accessible spot in the centre of Shibuya. Close to the station, close to a Lawson’s yet still in a quiet and relaxing space.

Not bad value for the money! It was nice to have two spacious beds in two rooms.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Dash Living- close to pharmacy, seven eleven, Excelsior coffee shop, and other quaint restaurants. Easy to get to and to get around. Close to Tokyo station. Only ick was an unpleasant odour when we checked in, but we went to the Daiso close by and bought some spray and opened the balcony door. Overall we were very pleased with the location and would recommend Dash living.

Great location!!! Couldn’t have been better for our needs. Station is a very short walk away. We were able to easily get to all the sights we wanted to see…team labs, Tokyo tower, the lights and nite. Communication, check in were great and very easy. Goemon was very quick to respond to questions. Place is as pictured and was comfortable for our needs. Would definitely stay here again when in Tokyo. Thank you!

A perfect stay for a few days in Tokyo! The apartment was clean and spacious with incredibly helpful instructions throughout. The neighborhood was centrally located but also very quiet and peaceful. The subway station and several restaurants were a short walk away. Masami was very communicative as well and left us fun snacks to try :)

Great place, great location, great neiborhood. We rented this place at discount so it was superb value for the money. I would not rent it for the full price through. Building seems very new as well as the room. Internet connection was good. Beds are a bit hard for my taste, but OK. It was very quiet, we slept with open window. You can't hear big road, so you can sleep peacefully. And it's very close to everything, Metro, sky tree mall, a lot of combini shops around.

This Airbnb was in a nice peaceful area, away from the busy city. Good location to the train station, easy to find. Sho was a great host and was very helpful with our stay and check in/out process. I would happily visit again. Thanks Sho!

Although it is not on the street, it takes about 5 minutes by walking past from Odawara Station.It might be a little difficult to find the first time, but it's actually quite convenient after finding the right way.Lawson is just across the road and Donki is a short walk away.The homestay is fully equipped, cleaned and neat and beautifully arranged for a comfortable stay.Owners are friendly and courteous, always responds quickly to all questions, and will do their best to help quickly when needed.All in all, this B&B is highly recommended.

Great location with easy access to the train. Lots of restaurants and shops to make your stay easy. Very spacious apartment with very attentive host who makes sure you are well taken care of (even with some tasty beverages awaiting you in the fridge!) would definitely stay here again.
