We were guests with my boyfriend for a weekend, we had a very good time, the area is very nice and quiet, Paola was very kind and always ready for any need. The location was great. The house is beautiful, full of details and cute things,there was everything you need for anything. We only had to stay for 2 nights but we had such a good time that we had an extra night! We will definitely be back! Ah, I forgot the fireplace, wood available and I would say it was the gem of everything. Thank you thank you thank you. 🥰

Really cozy house, well maintained, complete with everything you need. Wide spaces, comfortable beds, clean and full bathrooms with everything you need; clean and well-stocked kitchen with all the tools. Impeccable cleanliness, full linens and towels in great condition. Convenient parking under the property. Quick and easy check-in. Very courteous host and available for any need. No negative notes to report. Highly recommend.

We spent a beautiful week in this apartment. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the country, and Fondo surprised us with its cozy atmosphere and the beauty of the surroundings. The area is ideal for those who love winter hikes, with breathtaking views and plenty of trails. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Awesome ski in - ski out appartment! 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) of us enjoyed our ski week very comfortably while staying at Mariella’s appartment. The appartment is nicely furnished and super clean/warm and comfortable! Very nice ‘Guscio’ bar and pizzeria is down below in Folgarida (5 min by car), but also walkable if you want to enjoy some fresh air! On constructive feedback side please note that for sensible sleepers the walls on the second floor might seem a bit thin (especially if neighbors are louder) and do not expect much of the sunshine throughout a day since the balcony is facing North East, but it did not bother us since we were directly on the slopes from early morning enjoying plenty of sun on top of the beautiful surrounding mountains! And in the end Mariella’s kindness and hospitality well compensates all the small inconveniences you might find while traveling! I think it is great value rent so go for it if you want to enjoy mountains to the fullest!

Very cozy house with large living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds (single); clean bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed. Traditional and cozy style, wonderful view of the 3Tre track. Convenient car park and heated area to store ski gear. The center can be reached on foot. Overall I had a great impression

Super clean apartment with absolutely amazing views. Easy travelling by car to local ski slopes, town and walkable to the Spa nearby. Friendly hosts who were a pleasure to stay with. The photos accurately show the apartment (the view was even better!). Highly recommended and we hope to return.

Top location, very charming apartment and a great organization

Our family (me, my wife and two kids) had a lovely stay in Cinzia's appartment. The appartment is well equipped, offers convenient parking and Cinzia and her family are wonderful people who personally wellcomed us and we felt like home. We would deffinitely love to come back!

Very nice condo! We booked it for our parents and they loved it. It was clean, all the fournitures were there and the landscape is magnificent. Connie is an amazing host, she answered all their questions and is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time, the house was exactly as pictured, cozy, super clean and organized. Luisa, Tiziano and Co-Host Sara were very kind and always very helpful! Bruce, our Golden Retriever was also so happy! We hope to be back soon!

Perfect stay! Rosaria is a helpful and kind person, she gave us great tips on hiking trails, restaurants and local attractions. He also provided us with crampons and thermos for our snow walks. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and is in a quiet area, not far from various points of interest. We recommend this solution to those who want to visit the beautiful valley of no and surroundings.

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

Thank you so much. We had a fabulous week in Riva and loved the apartment. It was really clean, walking distance to the restaurants, lake, main town and all amenities. We all loved the swimming pool, especially the children and enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment complex. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!!

the house offers perfect spaces for a family with 2 children, the large mezzanine allows you to relax even on rainy days. You can take nice walks of the accommodation, the municipal playground is close. In the surroundings, you can reach enchanting places, and after a walk you can regenerate in the pool. Natalia was precise in her communications and very welcoming, she explained with simplicity and kindness everything there was to know, thank you again for the wonderful vacation.

We chose the place for a few days rest. Lake Tenno is a great 5-minute walk via a footpath (with steep stairs) just behind the house or reachable in 3 minutes by MTB. Were at the lake for 2 days - including swimming and did a very nice MTB bike tour (Vespana tour no. 740). Highly recommended - especially the refreshment at the San Pietro refuge. Food options in the small village of Tenno are limited, but a few minutes by car you can reach nicer places. The kitchen in the apartment is super equipped and we usually took care of ourselves and enjoyed our food on the large terrace. Also very nice pool area - all around the grounds far larger than you can see in the photos and description. We can only confirm the other positive reviews. Very nice apartment, clean and spacious and very nice hosts. There is even a way to charge the electric car directly at the house.

Quiet beautiful location on the slope above Torbole. Refreshing pool, wonderful in the heat. Private parking. Good amenities, Nicola has thought of everything!
