Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tonawanda

A group of us stayed at the house with 6 kids and found there to be enough space for everyone! Things that stood out to us was the large backyard, large kitchen island, an adequately stocked kitchen and a host that was quick to respond to all questions. If we're in the area again, we would stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay for our two week visit to the wife's hometown. Everything was more than expected. The house felt very comfortable. Was especially pleased with the kitchen. Everything that we needed to cook our meals was provided pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. When we come back for another visit we will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Julie’s private hideaway! The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very cozy with a gas fireplace in the living room and a lit Christmas tree to greet us! We were in town to see a Bills game and this house is a great find within a 30 minutes of the stadium. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Julie!

Far's place was the perfect getaway for my friend and I. Definitely spacious since it had 4 bedrooms. TV's with Roku's in the bedrooms as well as the main living room. You could also easily walk to a bar nearby Taps with great food and amature comedy nights. We also walked to a Cat Cafe on Queen street and it was the cutest cafe ever. Also they serve great drinks, coffee and food and its run by two very sweet and passionate women. It's a quick drive to the falls and main attractions. Would definitely book again.

Edu is a great host and he provide us all the information about the area and showed us exact places to see and places for free parking, Really enjoyed his place with our guests also enjoyed a lot. Thank you Edu for everything you did for us.

I think anyone would love staying here! We had a wonderful time! Lake Erie was frozen and we got to see men ice fishing, some had fun on skidoos and bird watching was fun too! We hope to return in the summer!

We had a great stay at Zachary’s home. He provided us all the info we needed at check-in. The home was within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. We had a really good time and would love to stay again sometime.

The house was clean and just like the pictures- very close walk to Clifton Hill. Emily was a great host- she was responsive, friendly and very accommodating. Really enjoyed my stay

My family and I always stay here when we're in town visiting family. The space is perfect for our needs, always immaculate, helpfully stocked and furnished nicely. Angela and Mathieu are always very responsive and often proactive with correspondance. I'm always very grateful to have their home to stay in during our visits!

The place was exactly as described. What's more, it was quiet the entire time. I'm from Buffalo and this is the perfect location. It is safe; 2 blocks from the Elmwood Village. It was cold and snowy most of my stay, but inside was warm and cozy. He kept the driveway all the way to your door shoveled. The apartment has its own thermostat, so I was never cold. The place had everything I needed. He even has hotel shampoos and washes in case you forgot yours. The apartment is huge, with the bedroom, first living room, and kitchen being on the first floor (which is the second floor to the building), and a second & third living room on the second floor, an office, and a bathroom with a shower. The place could not have been cleaner. It was like a museum of lamps, chairs, and rugs, yet still cozy & quiet to feel at home. I will 100% always see if this place is available during my trips back home. I can see why this place is rated so high. Thank you Ray!

We stayed at Chris’s place for an in town work conference for the weekend. The home was beautiful and very spacious - bathrooms were very clean and everything was in working order. Bedrooms were wry pleasant and all furniture was clean. Chris was very helpful from start to finish , being always readily available to answer questions. He suggested some very nice bars that we had a great time at. Location itself is very close to the strip , within walking distance. Lots of things to do that are within walking distance. Will definitely be coming back to Chris’s place in the future.

The place was perfect for what we needed. We loved that there was a fresh welcoming loaf of banana bread in the kitchen when we got there and the pack n play was already out with sheets for it for our little one. There seems to be a lot to do in the area and there was tons of info throughout the house on everything to do nearby. We would absolutely stay there again!

This place was charming, clean and the perfect size for 4 adults. It’s very quiet and is walkable to restaurants and shops. Jean provided clear instructions, was responsive to questions, and had just a few requests for check-out (and those requests were all reasonable). I recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay when visiting Hamburg!

This is a darling little apartment. Everything is PERFECT. The entire property is amazingly well maintained. I felt like Lance and Cheryl were taking care of me. The driveway was shoveled every morning before I got out for early start to the day and my car was even cleaned of snow (which occurred daily). Outstanding value.

This was a perfect base for our quick trip to the Niagara Falls area. There is a nice park nearby with a path right on the river and grocery stores etc very close as well. The unit was just right for the 3 of us, with a fantastic kitchen and very comfy beds. Everything was in great shape. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was cozy and comfortable. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would stay there again when visiting in the area. It felt like home.

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

This was a great location for those traveling to Niagara Falls. I enjoyed how it was close to the places that we wanted to tour. I also appreciated how responsive the host was when we needed support. Thank you for the stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

Our staying at Mary's was great. quiet and safe place. The place was as described and clean and that's is always a plus. I don't remember if the stairs where listed on the page but you have a few flight of stairs. if staying less than 3 nights she will send you a cleaning fee separate, I didn't like that because I had made my peace with the total price already but at that point what ever. She left us a welcome letter with chocolates and was nice. everything was explained in the apartment, event the coffee pot, has a QR code for the video of how to use it 😆. I liked the location because my plans where to visit the Niagara Falls but didn't wanna stay at the hearth if the city and this place is just 15-20 min away. Overall good place and happy to say that I recommend it.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The stay is great for a small family. We enjoyed being able to sit together & cook all in the same proximity. A nice touch was the super absorbant towels & extra linens if you needed them. Instructions were given prior to arrival & entry was quick & easy. Location is close to many amenities!
