Holiday rentals in Tōno City

It was a very nice place to stay.We slept comfortably.The whole family had a very happy time.

Tatsuya-san and Reiko-san were so welcoming and helpful, they provided gifts for us, personally guided us when we got lost on our way to find the place. The house was beautiful, well stocked kitchen, private onsen was gorgeous and as amazing as I had hoped. One of the highlights of our trip for sure. The address provided isn't exact on a GPS probably because of the mountainous area, it's best to follow Tatsuya-san's instructions instead. There are also multiple supermarkets on the drive there if you're going by car, which Tatsuya-san also provides guidance for.

It was the best space I can feel most confidently staying in the accommodation I've ever stayed in!Especially, breakfast was made of local ingredients, and I was able to get a really delicious breakfast that you can only taste in Nishiwaga Town while looking at the snowy scenery!The host and his wife were also very warm and perfectly supported everything we wanted to do, including a bonfire, a lot of climbing in Takada, pizza making, and it was an unforgettable memory! It is a place where you can feel the hometown of Japan that you will definitely want to return to once you visit. It is recommended for more than 2 nights at a slow time!

We had a wonderful stay! Even though we had originally told the host we’d be checking in later, we ended up arriving early—and she was kind enough to come meet us right away after we updated her. She greeted us warmly and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the entire property, explaining everything clearly. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning mountain views. We truly loved our stay and definitely plan to come back!

It was a new facility, so I had a very comfortable stay.It was a little cold, but we enjoyed the sauna enough.

A beautiful and serene place in the countryside where one could hear birds chirping. Akiko was very prompt and responded to us in super fast time. The house was warm, homely and clean and we enjoyed our two night stay very much. Highly recommended

Great location, clean, tidy & cosy. Beautiful place with everything you need. Perfect location to stop by if you're just needing a rest for the night but can easily set up here for a few days, it's a beautiful Japanese home and ideal Airbnb. If you're reading this deciding whether to stay, no need to look any further.

I used this place because I'd love to travel like I live in Morioka. There was a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, a nice park, and close to restaurants and museums, making it a very pleasant place to stay. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and we had a beautiful view! The accommodation was spacious and very clean. It was fully equipped with a kitchen, and I was able to travel as I wanted.

A rather authentic stay in the traditional house with Japanese futon beds and fully equipped kitchen :) What really stood out was Kiku-san's impeccable hospitality - we had the indoor slippers laid out to welcome us back every single time! To top things off, I had left something behind and Kiku-san went the extra mile to communicate with the receiving hotel so that the receptionist could verify with me even when I had almost forgotten about it myself when I was checking in!
