Very nice apartment, clean, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host has always been responsive and very helpful in the necessary communications. Great value for money. If I had to go back to the area one day, I would definitely come back here for the night.

Great stay in an absolutely great location. By skipping the busiest parts of Lake Como (Bellagio and Como), we afforded ourselves a great deal in a super peaceful environment. The views of the lake are truly breathtaking....which we enjoyed daily from the balcony. The area is rustic and charming, with a terrific cafe at your front door (Umberto is a wonderful host!)...and another 5+ restaurants within walking distance. The drive to Bellagio and Como is no more than 30 minutes and Lecco is half that...we also ventured to the charming nearby wine country that was only 1 hour away. Very spacious accommodations with most everything you might need....and super large grocery stores nearby for anything you may have forgotten. Rafaella was super helpful and very communicative. All in all, an excellent stay, a great value and a place you'll remember for years to come!

We had a wonderful stay! The Pool & Jacuzzi were absolute highlights – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. The location and the view are fantastic – quiet and idyllic. The contact with the landlord was also great: very quick and helpful answers to all questions. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

Loved our stay, walkable into sirmione and close to buses to nearby areas/Verona. Federico was helpful communicating to help us with the buses/transfer and check in.

This is great place to be with family. You can feel the lake vibes and spend quality time. My kid loved to spend time in garden and near the lake.

Very kind host, you can see that you care about his guests and his work. He also recommended a beautiful walk not far from the B&B. We'll be back!

It was a very nice place. Paolo was very nice and even treated us with some cake. Beautiful view from the bedroom and the terrace. Good spot for exploring Garda lake.

We reached the place without any difficulty and self check-in was easy and immediate. The little house is comfortable, perfect for a couple, but if it fits a little even in four it feels good. The location is perfect, we took advantage of nice spring days for a walk in the park and nice breakfasts at the bar a stone's throw from home. The metro is also easily accessible on foot. Daniela was very attentive and helped us solve a small problem with efficiency and speed.

Had a wonderful time at Donata’s place. Lovely renovated space with comfortable bed, great shower and kitchen/lounge with everything you would need for a long or short stay. Especially enjoyed hearing the church bells each day. 10 min walk to train station although Donata kindly picked us up on our arrival. Short walk down to the lake where we enjoyed sitting and having a coffee and a gelato and watching the world go by. Supermarket 3 mins up the road. Don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s lovely.
