The flat is very close to the city centre and all restaurants, walking areas, shops, etc. At the same time, it's hidden in a calm little street - so it's quite and very homey. I also liked the interior style very much - the decorations and light make it very welcoming with a tiny little touch of posh :) Can totally recommend for a fancy-ish stay in Leipzig :)

We stayed at the property for the third time and it was all to our satisfaction again. We'll be back!

Very cute and perfectly equipped apartment. It has everything you need. Supermarket and bakery are right on the corner. The check-in with the key safe worked great. The contact with the hosts was very pleasant. We got into a quick conversation. Very pleasant and helpful couple!! We will be happy to come back, especially since the location was perfect for our project.

As soon as we came to this apartment it felt immediately like home for us. Franziska and Sebastian made sure that everything we needed will be available to us and even went out of their way in order to ensure that our visit in Leipzig will be ideal. I will highly recommend anyone visiting in Leipzig to stay in their place to really enjoy the visit and have fun in this beautiful city.

Incredible place to stay in Leipzig, close to everything, in a nice area but still extremely quiet and calm. The flat is decorated with taste and has everything you could need and beyond Sandra was extremely friendly and reactive to my messages and all the instructions made everything absolutely perfect. I definitely recommend staying here and I will be for my next trip to Leipzig 🌞🌞

Nice apartment in good location. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The apartment is 8 minutes walk from the train station and it takes 10 minutes to get to Dresden.

I (mid-30s) spent a wonderful weekend in Leipzig with my parents in Sandra's apartment. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back. Free parking in front of the door, two stops by tram to the city (also within walking distance), the apartment is nicely furnished, plenty of opportunities to dry the towels in the bathroom and a very nice contact with Sandra round out our experience. Clear recommendation!

Our stay at the sailing arch gang was great! Communication with the hosts was always friendly and smooth. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights and provided perfect relaxation. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, better than in many other places, which has made cooking on site really enjoyable. We would like to highlight how warmly and dog-friendly we were received – everything was really thought of. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and simply beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
