En Binibeca, al sur de la isla y a solo 22 minutos del aeropuerto se encuentra esta tranquila e íntima villa con una gran piscina comunitaria incl. zona para niños y solar privado de 600m2. Las zonas privadas exteriores (chill out, BBQ, zona de sol,...) invitan a relajarse y disfrutar de momentos juntos al aire libre. Excelente ubicación a 850m de la playa de Binibeca, a 450m de cala Torret con múltiples restaurantes y supermercado y a 550m del centro de buceo, entre otros lugares de ocio.

This home has peace of mind, relax with your whole family! Spacious garden with three cascading pools where the little ones will enjoy until dark. The fine white sand beach is a 2 minute walk away. Crystal clear water, heated turquoise water, hammock service, lifeguard, unparalleled landscape. The port is 50 meters where you can enjoy the boats, rent a boat to spend the day visiting other coves and a wide range of restaurants.

Cozy full sea view apartment 1 minute to the beach in Sant Tomas Resort. Newly renovated, our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace overlooking the sea, full equipped kitchen, living room area and fits 6 people comfortably. Just downstairs there is a quiet shared pool and the beach. There is a privat parquing for our guests, wifi, air conditioning in the living room and electric celing fans in the main bedrooms.

EXCEPCTIONAL VIEW TO SEA. IT HAS GOT A DOCK DOWN BELOW FROM WHERE YOU CAN SWIM WITH A NICE LITTLE TERRACE ITS ABOUT 500 METER AWAY FROM A BEAUTIFUL MESQUIDA BEACH,, ONE OF THE NICEST BEACH ON THE NORTH OF THE ISLAND JUST BEEN REDECORATED

nice holiday home with a cozy atmosphere you will find everything you need to have a pleasant stay the most beach 3 minutes' walk away no more! the pool quiet shops. a 5-minute walk to public transport. ciutadella to hang out in its pretty alleys 4 km away quiet the terrace where you can contemplate the sea. umbrella deckchairs etc etc bbq ...... look at our reviews from last year! fans and air conditioning.
