SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. Please note that a cleaning fee of €30 is charged separately and is payable when you check in. We promise to do all we can to make your stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. A very private and cosy stone Tiny House with stunning mountain & pool views. PERFECT IF YOU LOVE SILENCE, NATURE. The local area has a river, castle, winery, mountains and mediterranean beaches. This lovely mezzanine studio has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The private terrace outside has a BBQ, table, chairs and amazing views to enjoy your evening glass of vino! The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.

Only 5 minutes from the beach. 10 mins to Tarragona Bright and cool apartment in the summer. Excellent quiet area, with large pool and children's pool and park with games and track just 150 meters away. Country area next door, great for walking. A 2 minute walk to supermarkets ( veritas, goat, market, good area) Latex mattresses, new and with very comfortable. Towels and linens washed at 60 degrees included. Covered parking spot. Wi-Fi. El apartamento se encuentra a 75 mts playa . Consta de 1 dormitorio con cama matrimonio nueva e independiente para un buen descanso. Es muy acogedor y tiene una terraza de 25m2, cocina y comedor y baño con ducha y lavadora . Dispone de WIFI (fibra) . Esta situado muy cerca del centro de Calafell y en una zona muy tranquila. Dispone de una plaza de parking en el mismo edificio, donde se puede acceder por ascensor. En esta zona hay que a pagar una tasa turística. Se paga al entrar.
