Rebeca was very friendly and quick to answer us. It was always available. The house was very clean and everything was quite new. The views one pass and very close to the beach. Another point in favor, you can take your dog with you, that for those of us we have a pet is very important.

Very good value for money, the apartment is spotless and clean. Large patio area, all very well kept. Easy access to the bus that goes to the beach. The only one but it's very difficult to park in that neighborhood. Otherwise it was a very good experience

Yoli's apartment is as shown in the photographs, in perfect condition, with very comfortable beds, tastefully decorated and with everything you need to spend a few days. It is within a very quiet private development, with a small children's park with swings that our children enjoyed. From the apartment, there are several beaches within a few minutes drive, so it is strategically located to visit the entire area. Yoli was an excellent host, it was a pleasure to deal with her. Hopefully we can repeat the visit.

The flat is super well, the photos match the place, you feel at home. There are details in the kitchen that are to be appreciated, phenomenal cleanliness, tidy and you have an electric broom that makes you a great apartment. Very tastefully apartment. Thank you for your flexibility in and out.

We just spent a few days with our family. The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, everything is very new and clean. Very comfortable and large beds. The kitchen well equipped with necessities. Also highlighting the proximity to the beach, the pool, which my children always use and the garage square. We'll be back.

It is a beautiful little house, new and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is in an ideal location to visit the most characteristic points of Cantabria. Raquel is a host of 10, very attentive to all the details, she left us her delicious homemade magdalenas as well as eggs from her chickens, pasta and other foods designed to cook you something rich when arriving tired of the trip, my partner and I felt right at home; we would definitely choose Raquel's accommodation again.

Privileged environment, the house is partially renovated and the living room has unbeatable views. The kitchen, new, is not missing any detail. The green areas and terraces are also a spectacle. We spent a few days, family of 4 with a really fun pet. The visits in the area and the gastronomy also of 10.

We arrived earlier than the time we said. And not two minutes passed, they were welcoming us super friendly and attentive. The apartment is even better than the photos say ( everything new super clean and very well equipped). The area where the house is is is very quiet and 20 meters you are in the middle of the village. That it had all the services and very close to beautiful places to visit, informed us of everything Carlos that is wonderful and gave us many guidelines of restaurants, bars, etc. Our dog was in glory with the garden. We stayed for 3 nights during our Northern Spain trip. The apartment was very cozy and you can enjoy a great view of the mountain and the sea from the terrace. Teresa was super friendly, gave us accurate instructions and gave us recommendations for the region. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back!

Great house - clean and comfortable. The kitchen/living space is small for 5/6 people (fine for 4 or less) but as long as the weather is good the garden makes up for this. 2 good showers and the shared pool was always quiet. convenient to havr on site parking and Jose is a very welcoming host.

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.
