Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. We had a great time, despite the rain. It is very cozy inside and there is a beautiful view from the rooftop. During the night it is very quiet and the area is great for hiking.

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

Excellent place to disconnect from the routine since you are in the mountains, very quiet area, excellent if you have a pet. The house is very cute and very well prepared with everything you need to spend your stay as comfortable as possible. We very much love the house, the only thing we would add would be mosquito nets in the windows and if possible some curtains for greater privacy despite the fact that the house is surrounded by a fence of canyons with what would be greater privacy for the interior. In general very pleasant traits and with the option to repeat a stay. On the day of going, they approached us to get to know us and they are very friendly and very considerate.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Sagunto just a 5 minute walk to the quiet Almarda Beach. The villa had all the amenities for the adults and children. The kids loved the trampoline and running around the big garden. The pool was lovely too however didn’t get in it much as it’s too cold this time of year. Maribel was so accommodating and met us upon arrival to go through everything about the accommodation. She was available on the phone if ever we had a question. The villa is really pretty with lovely big bedrooms. The host is very organised with every piece of kitchen equipment you could think of which made evenings really helpful. Overall we were over the moon with our stay and hope to come again. Becky & family xx

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

A perfect place to disconnect. Very quiet site but at the same time with many things to do close by. Many possibilities. We were at home. The terrace gave us a lot of play, it was very good. Definitely to repeat and advise friends.

The surrounding cities are charming with plenty of activities to do, whether it's cultural tours or more sporty outings. Definitely a place to repeat, quiet and beautiful place to visit, very green and good weather. A large house in which we have been very comfortable, with barbecue, pool, garden, everything great!! Suni was very friendly and we had an excellent arrival and departure!!

We had such a wonderful time at Alejandro’s home. The grounds and garden are stunning. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Great linens as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was perfect. The patios were lovely. And we really enjoyed the pools with amazing views of the orange orchard. It’s so peaceful. What a lovely property. And Vincent and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We loved the fresh figs!!

Calmhouse - Name says it all! :-) Located in a small village very secluded and the place is actually as beautiful as in the photos! The service is also excellent: there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, sugar, pepper, paper towels, and much more - really everything you need was provided! We felt very comfortable!

Alex and his wife's place is perfect for disconnecting and relaxing in nature. It is also ideal for going with children, as it has a large garden and toys! The location is very good since it is very close to Sagunto, the beach and other larger towns. Alex was always pending and the house was very clean. We will definitely be back!
