The house is very cozy,with all the comforts ,we felt very comfortable,that it's unfortunate not to have been able to use the pool,so in summer we return the same, ;)

Clara's place is a paradise on Earth! She greeted us so warmly and immediately made us feel at home. She told us the history of the house and we were fascinated by the exquisite combination of authentic rustic décor and a more modern outlook. We appreciated every detail of Clara's gorgeous taste in decoration, and her dedicated attention to our having a wonderful stay. I recommend Clara's place to families, couples and friends wanting to find some peace and quiet in the mountains while at the same time being close to Madrid and with easy access to public transportation. Clara is a fantastic hostess that will make you feel at home immediately! Come explore Mataelpino and reconnect with family and friends. La Favorita is hands down the absolute best! We will be back for sure, and more than once ;-)!

The stay was perfect. We were a group of 10 friends for the weekend and couldn't get any better. Ángeles and Oscar are perfect hosts and the house leaves nothing to be desired.

This is a great place for a few families to stay. A standout is the spacious kids' bedroom, with 8 beds - the kids were excited to all be together. They also loved the park area, especially the mini-golf and table tennis. For the adults there are stylish bedrooms, one of them ensuite. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the living room is attractive, with its high ceiling and view over the water, with the bonus of a pool table on the mezzanine level. The dining table seats 10, with more seats for kids, and there are plenty of games to keep everyone amused. The spectacular feature is the terrace, with a 10 seater table (plus another table and benches for kids), a BBQ and fabulous views over the garden and the lake. When you get tired of looking at the water you can kayak or fish. All around there are walks to different parts of the lake, making it easy to get out and enjoy nature. Highly recommended for a group who want to holiday together in comfort.

We had a wonderful weekend. Daniel was very nice and very attentive to us. She sent us many recommendations to visit. The enclosure also has everything, you have no option to get bored. But it was also a very quiet environment for walking and resting. Highly recommended!

We have rented the accommodation between 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: pool, bbq, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, do board games, etc. while the rest could rest without problem. And Teba, the host, super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.
