Villa holiday rentals in Tortolì

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house by the sea very much. While the house is of a certain age, it is charming and very spacious. This was our first trip with our baby boy and he loved that there were no stairs inside the house. The big terrace offers a lovely view of the sea and the surrounding hills. It is a very quiet area, you practically have no neighbors and when you return from the beach an outdoor shower waits for you near the entry. Ugo has been available all the time via phone and gave helpful tips for activities and shopping. We felt at home and would love to come back. Thank you!

Very nice calm place to have good time

Personally, I don't trust much when there are too many positive reviews, but in this case I have to say that it is impossible to find something wrong with Marcello's apartment. Everything is extremely perfect from start to finish. I would recommend this house both for the location, which is a good starting point for the beaches, and for the proximity to the center of Tortolì. Without excluding the kindness of the owners. In short, we had a really nice vacation, with the convenience of a niceplace, feeling pampered like in a 4-star hotel. A heartfelt thank you to Marcello and his family.

We had a pleasant week in this big and beautiful home. We were in 9 people and we appreciated the large interior spaces where everyone could have a bit of privacy, but above all we enjoyed the outdoor space with the barbecue that allowed us to have great dinners all together. The house is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful sea of Cala Gonone and you can also use a convenient shuttle service.

These days when Airbnb has become so over-commercialized and finding something that feels genuine is very hard, Julie's place stands out as a real gem. Finalized in 2024, the house is spacious, modern and high-standard, and executed with attention to style, design and detail but also practicality. Julie is one of very few hosts that actually took the time to live in the house herself a few weeks before opening it for bookings, to ensure practicality. The location is remote and secluded, which is what we wanted. Access road is quite rough, something to be aware of if you have a low-clearance vehicle. Swimming pool was not finalized for 2024 due to water shortages in the area, which we thought was a responsible decision by the owners, though it would have been nice to have it. As for the host, Julie is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve met. Responsive, accommodating, generous, helpful and very pleasant, she helped us with lots of arrangements and bookings during our stay.

Manuel is a very accommodating host. Communication was excellent and very informative. The house has everything you need and the location is really nice. We spent very nice days there with four of us and would come back any time.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much, it was very clean and lovingly furnished. It was all new furniture and nothing was worn. Antonio was always helpful and available for us and very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped with enough cutlery, pots, etc. The pool is, as on the pictures, small, but completely sufficient for cooling off. Nearest beach is at walking distance and very nice. If you don't feel like cooking, the nearby restaurants are recommended and within a few minutes walking distance. We'd love to come back!!!!

A beautiful cottage with pool not far from the beach. It was all there what you need. Mini market was in walking distance. Silvia was very friendly and always available. Handyman Salvatore was very friendly and took care of everything without disturbing. The cottage was very secluded and for sightseeing you need a car.

The place was easy to reach and a nice stand is about a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity there is a small vegetable shop, pharmacy and restaurants. We enjoyed the Pizzaria Bonobos very much. The area itself is very quite. The property itself is modern and bright. The two bathrooms have great rain showers. The kitchen is conveniently equipped, but you can tell that you are more likely to eat here than cooking yourself. Beds are very comfortable. All in all we had two great days here and would have liked to have stayed longer. Many thanks to Ergon for this great place.

We really liked our stay at this house. It is comfortable, clean and got everything you need. It is close to beautiful beaches and you got some nice hikes around. The compound is relaxing and charming. Germano is a great host.

Loved my stay at this beautiful Villetta at Porto Frailis! Very peaceful base for my island explorations - I always treasured my relaxing evenings there after days filled with adventures. Lorenzo‘s dad Tony is also super friendly and helpful and gave me heaps of great tips for outdoor activities (my main objective when traveling). Grazie Mille for providing a home away from home 🙏🏽

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.
