The House at Creekside is situated overlooking The River Dart and Dartmouth. Five minutes walk into the Village of Kingswear. There are 3 Bedrooms . 3 Luxurious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and no 3 Ensuite , Egyptian Cotton Linen.Extra charges apply after 2 Guests. The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . Plenty of private Deck and terrace spaces.

Pixie Woods tipi, sleeps 6 and your fury friends

This is the most amazing place set in it's own four acre field. Pixie Woods has a huge comfortable tipi and a very well equipped shepherd hut kitchen. Step into the woods and you'll find your private bathroom area with a hot shower and compost toilet. Send the kids into the woods to build a den or up to the farm to meet the animals, light a camp fire and relax. Everything you need is here but if you have forgotten something then our village has a fabulous pub and a very well stocked local shop.

On the ground floor there is a newly equipped kitchen, with induction hob, cooker, fridge,microwave, toaster etc. Lounge area has a sofa bed, TV+DVD player. Well equipped shower room. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

Relax in this cosy, warm, calm, stylish cabin Self contained area with double bed and relaxing area, separate shower/toilet/hand basin + wash up area with a fridge and electric kettle. Plenty of parking and then you can benefit from a pleasant 15 minute stroll to Topsham where there are six great pubs, 3-4 breakfast venues and at least 3 highly rated restaurants .
