Small townhouse perfect for four adults or two adults and two kids. All town shops are 500m away, several supermarkets within 2km. Relatively easy parking close by. On weekends, the presence of the Route de Brionne is not an inconvenience at night, maybe on weekdays traffic is more important in the evening and in the morning. Being an old house, the staircase upstairs is narrow and a little steep; probably not very easy with a big luggage.

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

Very nice house, cocooning and quiet for lovers of the countryside. Great 6-seater hot tub. Stay made as a couple but also ideal for friends and family.

A great place with nice volumes and very nice decoration. We were a group of 9 adults and we were quite comfortable. The accommodation is very well appointed with all the comforts. In addition, Mariame is very available. A very good stay and a place to recommend.

Florian was a responsive and very kind host. Florian and his collaborator gave us tips on where to go or where to park. The location is great, I would say almost 10 minutes from all points of interest, in a super central area. As for parking, there are no free parking lots near the house, only paid stripes on the street or private parking always for a fee.

We had a great stay in Rouen. We wanted to explore the city with a 3 year old child. The place is big and convenient, it has all amenities. It has quite a few big windows to let some. fresh air in and had some useful roller blinds. The beds were comfy. We cooked our dinner here and has all that you need. Fulgence was a polite and helpful host, which we appreciated!

The apartment is beautiful, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A stone's throw from the Seine and the University allows you to reach the center in a few minutes (even by public transport since the stops are really close) leaving the car safe in the private garage. Due to an unexpected circumstance, we had to postpone checkout by about an hour and Anthony was available and responsive. In a word: highly recommended.

The accommodation is really conveniently located for visiting the city. Very cozy, very clean and perfectly equipped. Very well heated,what's more, I'm chilly . We parked our car at the Gare parking lot, very good option. Clément is pre-reactive, excellent communication and very pleasant exchanges. Honestly , we know where to stay for our next visit to Rouen . Great value for money to highlight. We're thrilled 🤩

My friends and I enjoyed the apartment very much and were perfect for 5 people. Close to everything and a nice walk down to the city center or tram a couple of stations just. Very nice hostess and easy to communicate with. The apartment was on the 6th floor with large balcony and evening sun which was fantastic. Highly recommend.

A perfect stay in this apartment in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything is as described. The host is very responsive. The city center of Rouen is with direct access about twenty minutes walk, perfect for enjoying this beautiful city. I had a great time there.

Super equipped accommodation, very pleasant. All is well thought out. Non-alcoholic cocktail, excellent breakfast for the next day, ...several nice little touches upon arrival. We highly recommend it.

Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!
