Location that directly suited us. Airhouse. Amenities with Airfryer, microwave, working. It has garage entrance, but it wasn't working. Then it takes force to open manually. Good and clean beds. Nice shower. Rooms with ceiling fans. Tv smart working very well. The city is making improvements, so this is the accreditation to make an even better place.

Jéssica was very careful to pass us the house rules as soon as the reservation was made and also before the stay, in addition to clarifying my doubts. The house is airy, well-lit and with a good space. The showerheats well and has good flow. The kitchen is equipped with several utensils. The stove is good, the fridge is good, the washing machine is good and there are plenty of chairs. There is a spacious courtyard in the front and a small (very private) courtyard behind the house. There is a spacious barbecue and barbecue basics. I liked that there is no visual pollution in the house. The house has an alarm and sensor system. Anyway, I recommend!

We were made to feel very welcome by Dona Rosane. The accommodation is in a small condominium, located 10 minutes walk from the beach and 20 min from the center of Nova Tramandai. Unlike what appears in the listing, it does have a pillow and some bed linen. We recommend the next guests to buy phosphorus, as the stove is not electric. In general, the accommodation complies with the proposed and was great to spend a few days enjoying the beach.

My family and I were very well received. Eloá and her husband are very polite and friendly people, excellent hosts. The place is quite comfortable, we are very comfortable. Household appliances are well clean and new, as are bedding and appliances. They were always available and offering improvements to our comfort. Our dog was also very well received. I felt at home. The environment was delivered well clean and the utensils met the needs well during the stay. It is very close to the beach and has 2 nearby markets that can also be reached on foot. I liked that the parking spot is internal but it is also quiet to leave on the sidewalk. Quiet street, quiet neighbors and no noise. Sounds a wonderful morning sun and the place is very airy. It has a lot of sockets in the master bedroom. It's definitely a place I would go back to.
