Apartment in villa. Located in the center of Åre village! Including linen

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on bottom and 140cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bed linen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years old (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Fully-equipped kitchen with possibility for good interaction. TV in living room/kitchen & living room overflow. Broadband via fiber. Two bathrooms with shower. Sauna. Laundry room with TT, TM and TK. House in full sun location, BBQ and outdoor furniture. Parking with space for up to three cars and access to guest parking. Charger for electric car. 4 large bedrooms with 2 beds in each room.

Stuga Åre strand

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

Åre/Tegefjäll on the piste Ideal for 1-2 families

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family friendly accommodation close to nature and adventures both summer and winter. In summer you can hike directly from house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.

Mountain lodge renovated Nov ‘18 situated in a private forest far from neighbours with a spectacular view overlooking the lake Ottsjön and the montains. You can hike or ski out the front door to a vast trail system, go for a dog slade tour, go fishing in Ottsjön or do icelandic horseback riding. Big terrace with bbq built 2020. Lakeside holiday home with mountain view

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Cozy cottage in Byskogen just 5 km from Östersund

Cozy attached cottage close to central Östersund, Ski arena and nature. Here you'll be able to enjoy your own private space including covered deck, kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with a fireplace and a cozy sleeping loft. Please note that the ladder to the loft is steep and narrow. There's a cat and a dog living on the property so if you are allergic, this place is not for you. Parking included on the property.
