Kim was a great host and everything was as presented in the listing. It was peaceful and quiet with a great view. Parking was much easier than anticipated and wasn't an issue at all. We will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed a few days here exploring the area and visiting nearby towns. Great place to stay!

Absolutely loved staying here! The cabin felt secluded and private while being convenient to hiking, restaurants, and other amenities. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. I will absolutely stay here again :)

The Perch was a perfect weekend stay for us!! We were in town to volunteer and this was the perfect location for us. The tiny house was clean and comfortable with an incredibly nice host. She was extremely kind and responsive. I would recommend this location for a romantic get away or a quiet solo trip. There is a cute little firepit and an AT looking structure on the property as well. My son left a secret gnome to be found also. :)

Beautiful little house and extremely convenient to Asheville / I-26, worked perfectly as a home base while we were in town for an music festival in the city. The house itself is very new and neat as a pin, quite comfortable for our weekend stay and surrounded by rolling hills of old farmland. We were greeted each morning by deer in the front yard, and enjoyed stargazing under the sycamores every clear evening. One thing to note: although the property itself feels rural, it is very close to a truck stop and the highway, so it's not always peaceful outside; we didn't really mind but something to note for guests who prefer seclusion and solitude. Inside, however, is cozy and well-appointed, with comfy linens and lots of windows to take in the views. We loved the dormer window with views of the nearby mountains that looked like a painting! Would definitely stay here again, especially with the easy 20ish minute drive to Asheville.

The cottage was just what we expected and needed. It was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. House was hard to find in the dark and the cottage faces a different street as it*s in the back yard. Thanks again to Brian and Jessica for letting us rent the cottage. The Morgans

My boyfriend and I stayed at Wren's place for a Valentine's Day long weekend. The setting was perfect-- the cabin was nice and cozy, clean, and had just enough room for the two of us. We loved how close we were to downtown Asheville while still having the privacy and calm of the mountains.

We truly could not have had a better stay! Mae is an absolute angel of a host and truly cares about each guest having an amazing stay. These homes are appointed beautifully, stocked with the essentials and truly offer an incredible experience for guests. We are so happy we came and cannot wait to return!

It was a perfect space for what we needed. We stayed 2 nights and did some hiking off the Blue Ridge Parkway (about 45 minutes away - mountain road). It was close to downtown which made it easy to go somewhere for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Loved this tiny house and the outdoor patio with hot tub! Sylvia was very responsive and flexible. Great place!

Pictures and words cannot adequately describe the beauty of Laura’s place. From the private location, to the fresh baked scones and handwritten card, to the small details in the house design—perfect! Laura was an incredible host—quick and helpful communication and the place had everything we needed. The window seat is a great place to have coffee and watch the day unwind. We will definitely return!

We had an amazing time at the tiny house with our two girls, ages 7 and 4. They loved sleeping in the loft, and there were lots of games for them. The house looked exactly like the pictures and had so many thoughtful touches like local coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful cozy quiet place to stay, great amenities and fully stocked kitchen for cooking and coffee and tea provided. She literally thought of everything you could need. Can’t wait to stay again.

Had an awesome stay at Zoltan’s place! Everything was clean and ready to go. There was a whole bunch of fire wood and fire starters were available which we were very happy about. Probably the best AirBnB i’ve been in for the price.

Kaci has thought of so many details that give this beautiful cabin a very inviting feel from comfy blankets, pine cone centerpieces to a darling doll house in the loft. The mornings were so fabulous with the spectacular views. Kaci quickly communicated to any of our questions. We look forward to returning.

Best Airbnb in Asheville! Tiny Baby Blue was an absolute dream for couples or small families. Though it’s a tiny home, Jacki made sure you had everything you need for a comfy stay. Wonderful recommendations listed in the home guide as well as easy to follow instructions. The outdoor bathtub was such a nice touch, even during February. 10/10 would recommend this home to everyone and we cannot wait to be back here again!

This was like staying with close friends that you've know for years. Kathleen and Greg were very friendly. I took a walk one morning met some neighbors and they were friendly. I love tgis location. peaceful, secluded, felt like I had the lake to myself. Will be back.

I cant say enough how amazing of a location this is and how fantastic Tara was. She was always very responsible and everything she advertised about the rental was 100% accurate. We definitely plan to stay with Tara again the next time we're in the area!

Our third time staying in this house and we love it. Perfect for couples weekend away. Great location-close to downtown and also hiking at DuPont. Always clean and all the amenities we need.

We had an incredible time exploring the surrounding parks and sites along with visiting Greenville. The cabin was almost our favorite part of the trip, it was quite, relaxing, and we were always eager to get back to it. Allison was a great host and kept in touch very well, we all had a fantastic time.
