The 78 square meter 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to a kitchen-living room). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Our accommodation is located between Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. Through wonderful cycling and hiking trails you can explore the Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve, as well as the large golf course nearby. Good bus and train connections. Our apartment is located 3 minutes walk from Traunstein train station, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shops for daily needs can also be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed and single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all necessary utensils... if you need anything and it is not there, just let me know
