An absolutely perfect stay! Alexis is an exceptional host, very welcoming and attentive, always available to answer questions. The space was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated, exactly as pictured. I particularly appreciated the calm and soothing atmosphere of the place. 100% would recommend and would definitely stay again!

This cottage is set in an idyllic location: right next to the river in an extremely picturesque hamlet. The garden is by the river, and we sat there with our drinks, watching the river go by! The cottage itself is charming and a lovely place to relax. It has all the amenities one needs, as well as easy parking. It was very peaceful. Christiane welcomed us, and was very friendly, as well as helpfully explaining what to see and where best to go. We walked to the famous church and chapel from the cottage. This was an ideal stopover for us for a couple of nights on our way back to England from the south of France, but we would happily have stayed longer to relax and explore this part of Normandy. Overall, a charming cottage in an idyllic, peaceful and beautiful setting.

We had a lovely week at Laetitia's beautiful home. It offers the best of both worlds, right in the middle of a lovely village with everything you need but being the gates you have a huge stunning garden with stream and church bells ringing. Spotlessly clean, excellent swimming pool, great games and bikes to keep the children entertained and lovely hosts. We needed a pharmacy whilst there and the local one is 2 mins drive away next to the supermarket. They were exceptionally helpful and kind and made a huge effort to speak English. Felt very well rested on our return home, thank you!

We had a pleasant stay. The small house is very welcoming, very quiet, very clean and matches the listing description. The hosts are very welcoming. We appreciated the reserved parking spot next to the house.

Our stay at La Chauvinière went very well, we were able to enjoy this very comfortable cottage for a group of friends with babies! We highly recommend it!

I have been eyeing this property for months as it was always booked. finally got to spend a long weekend here and so glad we did. the place is absolutely gorgeous and away from everything possible for all good reasons. the property is tastefully done and the host is friendly. we had a good sunny day and enjoyed the pool thoroughly. we were travelling with a baby and the house had a cot and lounger. loved everything about this place.
