The house is just wonderful! It is fully equipped so you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing weekend. In addition to all the amenities, the house has a guide that indicates markets and various leisure options in the city. Olivia was also an incredible source of information, sharing valuable tips on the best local restaurants and markets! The place is charming, providing a sense of peace and security. The condo is super quiet. Olivia referred me to an amazing person to cook. I would just love to take her to my house! Her food is wonderful, and she is super friendly and attentive. We prepared our breakfast and lunch with so much affection that it was a real experience. The only point we need to consider is the lighting of the pool. At night, there is not enough light, which made me a little afraid of getting in the water. But it did not diminish our fun in the house and would return another 10, 20, 30x

we feel at home! the house is super well equipped, with several areas and entertainment options. we eat stirrica from the foot, play football on the lawn, use sauna and pool, pool, and it is very comfortable to cook on the industrial stove with two sinks in the kitchen. Really the house delivers everything and is super beautiful and spacious.

The trip was amazing! Me and my friends had a hosting cancellation for an unforeseen and we got the good fortune to find this vacant paradise! In addition to the house being beautiful and impeccable, Tatiana was very solicitous, caring and empathic throughout the process! Unfortunately, we had a medical emergency on the trip and thanks to the explanatory folder that Tatiana offers, we were able to solve quickly! As we spent the early hours in the hospital, she still relaxed our check out so that we could safely drive on the way back. I also wanted to thank Ismael, the housekeeper, who was very attentive and served us very well! It was wonderful to spend these days there and despite the unforeseen, the trip was so incredible that it made our group want to make it a recurring event! ❤️

Our stay was great. The house is super sympathetic, modern and with all the necessary comfort. It is inside a gated condo, quiet and quiet. It has a great lawn. Air conditioning, internet, TVs - all working very well. At the same time that it is in a quiet place, it is a few minutes from the center of Itaipava, where there is a market, restaurants, etc. So we recommend super. Thank you!

Renata is a great host, clean house, well cared for, and the condo is wonderful, breathtaking view. To the hostess still leaves a minibar and firewood at your disposal. As I checked in too late, it made all the difference.

Super comfortable, spacious and cozy home. We had a wonderful weekend there. It has a private soccer field, pool table, totem, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, among several other cool things. In addition, we were incredibly well served by Erica and Frederico - Communication and impeccable service. The only points worth commenting on (all very small): 1) Air conditioner only has 2 bedrooms (the other 3 have a fan) - it was not a problem for us. 2) There was a rooster singing at dawn, disturbing the first night. But we asked them to remove it and they promptly helped us 3) If it had a swimming pool there it would be perfect! Overall, we liked it a lot and would definitely be back!

It's my second time staying on the site and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, super quiet and perfect for relaxation. The house was impeccable, with everything very well organized and clean. Each detail showed the affection you have with the guests. The outdoor area is a separate show, ideal for moments of peace and connection with nature. Thank you immensely for the hospitality and would recommend this place to anyone seeking a perfect refuge. The mornings in the tree house were an awakening to the symphony of nature. The corners of the birds, the whispering of the wind in the leaves, the murmur of the nearby river, created a smooth and harmonious melody that filled the air. At every sunrise, a new nature concert began, awakening the senses to the beauty and energy of the forest. The morning sun, piercing the trees, illuminated the house with a soft and golden light, creating a magical and inspiring ambience. It was an invitation to explore the winding trails of the forest, enjoy invigorating walks, and enjoying nature in its fullness.

Wonderful house, clean, well cared for and well equipped. Great infrastructure, with a swimming pool near a well-maintained area of the barbecue grill. Alex was extremely considerate of us and we were very comfortable. We cannot fail to mention your employees, Vanderlei and Sebastiana, who were extremely friendly. I highly recommend it.

My family and I love the accommodation and all the experience offered. All rooms corresponded with the description of the photos on the airbnb profile, the communication with Juliana was impeccable, in addition to the perfect view the house has. The kitchen is complete and with all the necessary utensils and I emphasize that the atmosphere is very welcoming, as if we were in our own home. We recommend to everyone!

the house is very comfortable, size to accommodate 3 couples with a lot of comfort, 3 suites. It has internal fireplace and a floor fireplace in the outdoor area very good to light up and have a wine at night. The condominium contains a restaurant in front of the house with very good food and affordable value in addition to a lake, swimming pool, bar, courts (tennis, volleyball, basketball and football pitch) and a place for running/walking around the lake. And is 10 minutes away from Borgo del vino pizzeria

We really like the site, very wooded, lots of plants, orchards, cows, horses... the house is good, it served my family well. Very nice and quiet! It was very nice to spend a few days there! The bonus was the kittens, too beautiful!!! A point to point out is that there is no mobile network, so Internet only the Wi-Fi of the house, if there is no light, there will be no signal.
