Silviu is very friendly and positive host. Communication was great, we felt very comfortable at his house, and would recommend accomodation to anyone visiting Lecco and neighbourhood.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Sorico. Paola and her son Francis greeted us in a very friendly way and were quick to respond to inquiries. The apartment is very small (especially the kitchen and common room), but very tidy. The equipment with dish soap, soap, umbrella, clothes rack, baking paper, salt... was good. The two air conditioners were great! The pool, which belongs to the neighboring apartment complex, is very quiet with a magnificent view of the church. The location of the apartment is perfect. In just a few minutes you can reach the pizzeria, the bakery and the supermarket and of course the lake with large sunbathing area. All in all a good value and recommended.

Pretty picturesque house on the heights of the city with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, located in a typical and charming Italian neighborhood and also on the edge of nature. It is also very well located for visiting the Maggiore and Orta Lakes. The house is certainly old but has all modern comforts. This place is reserved for people in good physical shape sinceafter climbing a small slope to get there, there are still steps to climb!!! Cristina is very helpful, good advice and responsive. This is an address that we highly recommend.

The house we rented in Italy was clean and in an excellent location for excursions. It provided easy access to various attractions, making it ideal for day trips. We all felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of cleanliness and convenience contributed to a pleasant experience for everyone.

Absolute gem of a place right in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in Milan. The entire feel is very Italian, Pietro & Lodovica were very helpful, and the entire experience was 5 star.

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Our stay at Sveva’s place was fantastic. She was always responsive, the loft was as described and she was very helpful with local recommendations. Its location is perfect to be able to walk in all directions but specifically to the lake (10-20 minutes depending on pace). It was very clean, upgraded and modern and would highly recommend.

Will definitely come back to Laura’s stay. I really enjoyed it, the place is so nice like movie in Netflix. Host is really friendly and caring. Her response is very fast. And the house is really nice too

the truth is, I have to say that everything was spotless. i went with my husband and my two teenage daughters and the place is located 5 min from the duomo on foot. subte 3 minutes away we don't use it. everything is clean and leaves several things courtesy.. definitely a place to super recommend! genius Maria who took care of us barbarous! will be back

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every day and did a lot. Since it was low season, some restaurants in the area (including the 50m from the property) had closed. Through some research, we were able to find a few (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). The accommodation itself had everything to offer, communication with the host impeccable.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

A great apartment, spacious and very clean. Fantastic comfy beds, great kitchen space. Super responsive host answered any questions really quickly and so helpful before and our stay. The apartment is located in a great area, easy walk to city centre and the playground for the children and also free parking around the house. There is so much to boast about Andreas place and it still Would not do it justice. Andreas place was just as described and as the pictures show. The place is pristine and I cannot put into words the view that greets you, just insanely beautiful. Andrea provides clear instructions, recommendations on what to see and do, which I would suggest you follow as so many beautiful places within the recommendations and definitely worth the visit. Andrea is an attentive host answering all your questions and ensuring your stay is positive. Andrea’s place will not disappoint you, its so peaceful and we are incredibly sad to be leaving today. When arranging Andrea’s recommendation was to hire a car which was great advice and allowed us to explore lake Como to its fullest. We cannot wait to come back and haven't even left Italy yet. Very nice penthouse, although it had snowed and the temperatures a little stiff, we enjoyed a nice sunset on the balcony. Very quiet, there is a market on Saturday mornings, nothing to say. Thank you to Katia for the kindness and courtesy of welcoming us at a very flexible time. Perfect place if you want to leave your car parked and walk around, bus or train. Places of any taste immediately nearby, kindness and cordiality.
