La Gitana.Vistas Mulhacen and Veleta

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, the Mulhacén 3482 and the Veleta. I look with your mobility capacity as there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there can be flies and smells to cattle as there is a cabreriza nearby. You can park or use for loading and unloading the small parking of the Espeñuelas that stays 15 meters from the house but first make sure they can drive .

Charming rural home Casa Pepa

I've known Moclin since I was little, my summers have been in this town with so many centuries of history. I have walked its paths, I have walked through its Arabic castle, I have lost myself in its narrow alleys. That is why I invite you to visit my house where you can enjoy its totally renovated rooms, its typical Andalusian courtyard with a small but comfortable detachable pool and its wonderful fireplace for winter. Cozy village house in a peaceful rural setting in Granada. Located in a beautiful Valley at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, 25min from Granada, 25min from La Alpujarra and 25min from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, just for you. The downstairs is open layout with living room, kitchen, small toilet, and patio. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the full bathroom. You'll find hiking trails within a 5-minute walk of the property.

Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. Light streams into the spacious living room from dawn as it faces the rising sun.The natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The urbanization is located on the outskirts of the village and you can breathe an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 min from town, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 min to Granada and Alhambra, 30 min to coast and 30 min to Sierra Nevada. 10 min to Nevada Mall AND PTS.

The dream of an Andalusian Cortijo

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. To reassure about COVID-19, our home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by Airbnb protocol. About pets, they are allowed but for an additional fee apart from the reservation, check with hosts

2 rooms: a 4 persons bedroom with individual beds, which can be put together on request. This room has a en suite bathroom. The other room has a double bed. Another bathroom in the hall. Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).
