Holiday rentals with a pool in Trevi

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

I stayed at this property with my family and two animals. We had a great time, a quiet place and surrounded by olive trees. Lapo and his parents welcomed us very well. They are very nice. I highly recommend it

Great location, beautiful stylishly furnished apartment. Warm, welcoming, equipped with all the necessary services. Montefalco is a beautiful village. Several other magical villages are very close, easily reached by car. If we have to add notes, I would recommend a new service of pots and pans. In short: Highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few days of relaxation and comfort

We loved our stay at Giordano's. The view from the apartment is superb, the pool is especially the very well maintained garden, Giordano goes a long way so that you have a good time. We were even able to do a BBQ. It was very relaxing, clean and spacious.

I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The super cozy house, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and very well furnished. Daniela is super available and responsive. A mention also in Nazareno, the caretaker of the village: a hospitable person who told us the history of the village and gave advice about the area. We'd be back right away!

We stayed three nights in the studio, Valentina's welcome was impeccable, very kind host, welcoming, precise and always available for any information. The apartment is new, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need, it has a small garden where you can eat in peace. The pool available to guests is very nice, surrounded by a very well-kept garden. It is located in a strategic point to visit Perugia, Assisi, Spello and other Umbrian towns. Great stay, highly recommended!

This secluded and private location has a beautiful view and such a peaceful vibe. The host was super responsive and attended to every question quickly. The home is lovely and all comforts and amenities eeee available. Great time!

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

This is a stunning location with most beautiful view across the valley to Assisi. the property is great and ideal for multiple families. The upstairs and downstairs sections are completely self-contained, with bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchens in both. The veranda had a wood pellet burner which keeps it cosy and warm when it turns a little chilly at night. The location super-quiet and well out of the way, perfect for those wanting a quiet place. The owner was lovely, bringing us a delicious cake on our 3rd day. I can definitely recommend this property.

One of the highlights of this property is the beautiful, neatly maintained, vast orchard, which is completely surrounded by rosemary bushes. Cherry-, Mulberry-, Walnut-, Apricot-, and Olive trees, a neat little BBQ grill, a functioning bread/pizza oven and the enormous pool leave nothing to be desired. The house overlooks the valley and is surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut plantations. Peaceful, quiet, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your holiday.

We recently held our offsite team retreat at villa de Angelis property, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The location was perfect for our needs, offering both tranquility and convenience. The property itself is stunning. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure all our needs were met. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy common areas, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The outdoor spaces were a real highlight, perfect for team-building activities and relaxation. The amenities exceeded our expectations, and the entire team felt rejuvenated and inspired by the end of our stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Everything super in a unique location!

We had a serene and relaxing stay. The house is spacious, well furnished and well maintained, the spaces are comfortable and matching the photos. The garden is very nice and well cared for, enriched by the presence of the pool which is really an added value. Among the most appreciated things is definitely the patio under which we spent our evenings and had dinners with the help of the barbecue and wood-burning oven! The property is very versatile, lends itself to various vacation perspectives: we chose relaxation and conviviality, we enjoyed the privacy and singing of cicadas. But the location of the house also lends itself to more fearful travelers who want to discover the Umbrian beauties that surround the area. Finally, the stay was made even more pleasant by the hospitality of the owner and the point of contact, always available to provide advice and support. Thanks to them, we felt at home. In short, highly recommended!
