Property was just like the photos. Booked this property due to location, style and the hot tub. It was great. Had tea bags, coffee, oil etc in the cupboard which was very welcome. Would go back!

the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

very nice place, close to everything.

We had a great stay at Manuel's special house. We really liked this because of the architectural features. Our two children were very happy about the specially provided toys. Manuel was a very good host, especially the help with parking was very helpful and we were able to park the car safely in Seville.

Very good location. The whole center is on foot. Accommodation as described. A small downside: the water heater that needs to be reinitiated in the courtyard when there is no hot water. But the owner was responsive in explaining how to do it.

We had an excellent stay in Seville. The house is really in the center of Seville and everything is walking distance. It is still in sort of a relatively quiet place with a nice square full of orange trees. The house itself is a gem too - a beautiful and historic place. It has a couple of stairs but this was clear from the start and we did not mind at all. At times my wife and I were both working and we selected this place in part because it allowed us to work from different rooms. This worked out great, the wifi is excellent and one of us was working from a bedroom and the other from the living room or sometimes from the lovely balcony. Alejandra is a fantastic host. She really tries to make sure you have a good time in Seville and is helpful and friendly, and she responds very fast as well.

A fantastic apartment in a really central location! Lots of space with big bedrooms. There is a Lidl 5 mins away so no issues with getting in some basics. The toaster broke during our stay, which I reported to Nacho as it was shorting the electrics. Nacho delivered a new one in a matter of hours, which was outstanding service considering it was Xmas day! I did not expect this! Yes, there is noise from the surrounding area at night but this is to be expected given the location is central and right near bars and restaurants. Stay here, you will love it!

We spent a very relaxing week in Lourdes's apartment. The apartment was in great condition and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the balcony and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen also had everything we needed. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby and a lovely relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere. Lourdes was very responsive if we had any questions. We hope to visit Seville again and would definitely stay at Lourdes's place!

We enjoyed our stay in Sevilla. It was in a great location, near everything. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The place was easy to find and very comfortable and spacious. Our host was responsive to questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay!

The accommodation was as shown in the pictures! Walking you reached many points of tourist interest, the only thing is the complication when it comes to finding parking near the accommodation if you are traveling with your own vehicle, but for the rest, it was a very pleasant stay and everything was great!! Upon arrival they left us water and chuches as a welcome detail, Matías was always friendly and very attentive!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and convenient apartment. Located in a peaceful local neighborhood, it’s close to restaurants and shops and about a 30-minute walk from the Real Alcazar and the cathedral. The bed is comfortable, the shower is strong, and there's a lovely rooftop as well. The host is responsive and provides clear check-in instructions. Just note that check-out time is fixed.

I absolutely loved this apartment, and I hope to stay again! The architecture and styling were so beautiful, even the courtyard when you enter the building is lovely. I found the neighborhood to be perfect - just far enough from the tourist hotspots to feel more local, but really easy to walk everywhere. Eva's daily recommendations were all wonderful as well. She even booked an incredible flamenco show for us. Highly recommend this place!

Really spacious, comfy and walkable location. Richard gives many recommendations on great places to visit in these binders he created. Location was very clean and stocked with everything we would ever need. He was very accommodating with our late check in. Will definitely choose again.
