Welcoming and following our impeccable guests! As if we were at home! The place is perfect! You're all set! The outside with the pool and the pétanque court was at its best! What about the movie room? A pleasure to be able to disconnect for a weekend with friends in the little haven of peace! Thank you for everything Jérôme and Alix!

The three of us had a very nice time, at Frederique's place in Chaville. Very fast train connection to Paris, nicely decorated house and close to nature. Definitely recommended

We, which means my wife, my daughter and I, felt right at home. The house with garden and pool is awesome and a great base for exploring Paris. The footpath to the RER train was already sent to us by Sophia before and was easy to find. From there three stations to the metro lines 1/2/6 with which we have reached the main attractions. We were warmly welcomed and asked again and again if we need anything else or need help. Shopping facilities were also within walking distance and the directions were also available immediately on request. We enjoyed being Sophia's guests, also her husband was super nice and we had a permanent visit from James (the house cat) and the three turtles to the delight of my daughter. We will definitely check in with Sophia if we go to Paris again that we can check in with Sophia. Thank you and best regards and see you soon

Exceptional stay. Disconnection guaranteed. The accommodation is nice and very clean. The pool is beautiful. We stayed there for hours, there is enough to make pool sauna hammam jacuzzi cinema pool. We were so lucky to have good weather and to have been able to barbecue. Iteb is friendly and takes care to make you feel good

High standing house, fully equipped. Quiet and relaxing place. Absolutely pleasant setting with a very well arranged house whether inside or outside. Fabrice is a host with whom communication is easy and adapts to our requests. I recommend 100%

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

We really enjoyed Christians house. We’re not city types, so being so close to Paris - 30-45 mins on reliable transport worked for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with all modern fittings, including air con. The children loved the pool and went in every day. The cellar playroom was also a great addition for the days it rained. There weren’t too many places to eat close by but we just got Uber eats as we were tired from sightseeing. The cat quickly got to know us and was friendly - kids loved having a pet. We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges as we travelled by car. Only small niggle was no key collection instructions until the day of travel which felt a little late, but worked exactly to plan once agreed. We would definitely visit again.

super welcoming host with particularly clear and detailed explanations. The place where the rental is located is super quiet, easy to access and not far from essential shops or restaurants. Tranquility and calm are to be emphasized..The accommodation is super clean and the beds are a relaxing as little can be found. Really a very good and beautiful place that I recommend to everyone. I could write some over and over again but went to the basics. Go there with confidence, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay. Was visiting family in Beaumont. Stayed with husband and kids. The house is clean, comfortable, no clutter, safe and very quiet. Finally the house is warm/easy to warm up. Happy with the experience. Would come again.

Short one-night stay in his cottage The captain, it was unique as a universe we had a great time, Séverine is superb in terms of communication, always responsive. Warm cocooning, a moment of escape .

We loved our stay at Marianne’s house and would certainly come back. It was the perfect place for a group of friends, quiet, with plenty of space, four bedrooms and as many bathrooms, and a lovely garden. And all this in five minute walking distance from the commuter train that brings you in half an hour to downtown Paris - yet in the quietness of the small historical town of Sceaux, with the Le Nôtre-designed park just 10 min away. Marianne was a lovely host that was always available in case we have questions. Many thanks for a great stay!

It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. Wonderful family home in a centrally located and charming neighbourhood. We were a large group and often ate our meals in the home, there are many restaurants around, several of which we used for take out. The living areas are very spacious, and the bedrooms are comfortable. Anne was a very responsive, helpful and kind host. We would have easily stayed another few weeks. Merci!!
