Beach house holiday rentals in Trieste

Our stay in Petra´s house was perfect. The house is cozy and very practical. You can find there all kind of amenities what you need. Next to the house is great local restaurant.

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Thanks for a great stay. We enjoyed the days and the proximity to the sea very much. The beach house is super located and well-equipped. Only one coffee maker was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and the house could be climbed well, which was very pleasant. We were extremely positively surprised by the outdoor shower, which we liked to use. The location was perfect, walking to Piran(15 minutes on foot)right next to the sea was very nice every evening. All in all: clean, nice apartment in good location. Nice contact. Definitely coming back. Thank you very much

We very much enjoyed sitting in the living room by the extra large window having the best view of Piran. It was close to many cafes and restaurants. Spacious and clean. All together made it a very pleasant stay in Piran.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Olga, the house is beautiful and as described. Everything is there and the hosts are very friendly. Thank you for everything!

We stayed 2 weeks with our 2 small children and 2 dogs in this nice place and enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately, our start to the holiday was not so good as we arrived at the property and there was a construction site right in front of the house and in addition we had no electricity in the house. We contacted Brian, he apologized for the inconvenience and did his best and 24 hours later we also had electricity. The money for the first day, he offered to waive us and invited us in addition to a meal for the inconvenience. The construction site was also gone after a few days and what can we say, with a place to stay in such a great location, we quickly forgot the trouble and got to enjoy it. The place is small and fine and we felt very much at home. We were often swimming in the sea. The kids loved climbing the rocks. Also a nice area for all-day trips.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Villagio Europa. The house is practically furnished. The kids quickly met friends and played a lot. Only small point of criticism. Check-in is guaranteed between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. as soon as the house is clean. According to the description, we were guaranteed to be 4 pm. We had to wait a little over one hour.

Our stay in early November was great. In Karigador it is very quiet at this time, which we very much enjoyed except for the closed bars. The house is great, has plenty of space and luxury (pool, hot tub, lots of cozy seats outside). Shopping: many by car. In Novigrad is a great small market for fresh vegetables and fresh fish. The kitchen is quite well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable. I would be shown the light use outside briefly at check-in. We had our dog with us, through the walls/fence around the grounds he was able to freely run around. We highly recommend the house.

We had a lovely stay at this super clean, modern, spacious Airbnb and especially liked the outdoor kitchen (including a gas grill), the pool, the three bathrooms, and the comfortable beds! The house in general and especially the kitchen is well-appointed. In case you feel like leaving this nice accommodation anyway, it is also just a 5-min-walk to the seaside ;-) Anamarija was super quick and polite to answer all our messages. We even found a solution for everyone, since at least one construction site was next to the property during our stay.

Everything was great, easy check-in, very friendly and helpful owners. The apartment was clean, everything as written. Pool or sea or both one by one, great combination. Istralandia and Aquacolors for the kids are not far away. Highly recommended!

This villa is amazing! It is completely new, very clean and super nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing. In general the house is very large and spacious, there are 4 rooms each with a double bed and air conditioning. Large sofa bed in the Living/dining room, 3 bathrooms and toilets. On the roof is a huge roof terrace. Everything very clean. The outdoor area with pool is large enough to spend the day or evening there. Communication with the host is very easy and friendly, he goes the extra mile and is flexible. We were very satisfied with everything and can only recommend the house! Suitable for families as well as groups of friends.

Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

This is a Gorgeous place. The view is stunning! The house is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable the sauna was very relaxing. The location is great, a short taxi ride from Trieste. It's possible to walk down to the sea in about 20mins (we didn't try walking up again though!) & close to the Napoleonic trail with wonderful views. The communication was always quick and easy. We were met by the friendly and very helpful Petra who lived nearby. Everything was very easy. We were sad to leave and would love to return one day!

Super nice apartment. Spacious, beautiful yet cozily furnished and very comfortable, with all the comforts. I felt right at home here. Beautiful garden in front of the house, with terrace in the shade. Lovely. Private parking space in the garage at the house. Really great, especially with the heat of summer. The location is amazing. On one side 300 meters from the beach and the boulevard of Portoroz, a supermarket & restaurants and on the other: so quiet & private. I had a great sleep. You won't hear anything from outside in the house. Maja is a super host. Very easy going & relaxed, gives you plenty of space & privacy, but responds super quickly, if you ask anything. Really great.

Very nice host and a really clean and tidy apartment. The garden area is very nice and private. The sea was right in front of the house and very easy to reach.

The hosts were very friendly. We enjoyed the spacious apartment with conservatory very much. We enjoyed our stay. A more spacious shower would be desirable.

Luka and Petra are remarkably friendly, open-minded and generous hosts. The check-in was flexibly tailored to our needs and we immediately felt very comfortable. The Apollonia house is located in a very quiet residential area at the end of a dead end street and offers great views of the sea, both from the inside living area and from various seating areas in the beautifully landscaped garden. You can walk to Fiesa Beach and Piran city center in about 10 minutes on foot. We really enjoyed our time there and would recommend the accommodation at any time.

The property is located in the middle of downtown Novigrad and everything is within walking distance. Just around the corner is the sea with a casual bar. We were 4 adults and a toddler and the place is really well laid out and equipped. The parking is about 10 minutes' walk, but that's not a problem. Simply drive to the accommodation, unload everything and one person then parks the car there. The car is no longer needed for further trips. You have everything on site - the sea, many children's playgrounds, great extensive walking paths, great restaurants, gravel/stone beach :) With Giulia, communication was straightforward and everything was to our satisfaction. Therefore 5 points.

Saul was very friendly, helpful and always responded very quickly. Location is top, very close to the beach, right by the pedestrian zone with many restaurants and shops and yet quiet. At least in the preseason. The walls between the apartments are a bit eavesdropping, but not bad. The apartment offered a lot of space. Cozy bed and also sleeping couch. Small fenced area by terrace with afternoon sun and green areas right in front of the apartment are great with dog.

We were very happy with the place, especially the children welcomed by the toys. The hosts were able to accommodate us and allow us to enter the suite early. Everything was great!
