We stayed at Geirr’s cabin for a long weekend and it was wonderful ☀️ everything you may need is there and the space where the cabin is located is super beautiful. If you love playing golf or just enjoying some peace snd quiet this is a great place to stay.

We checked into the house on Monday, December 23, 2024. We found a preheated, clean house even prepared with great welcome gifts. The hygiene was impeccable. Freshly made beds in which we slept very comfortably. A super clean bathroom with underfloor heating and clean towels and even with shower gel/shampoo and hand soap prepared for us. We felt very comfortable and were able to recharge our batteries well for the new year. We can definitely recommend it. The host was always available to us and also kept asking if we needed anything. A solid apartment right on the waterfront with lovely views. Tastefully decorated and well equipped. We just had time to try the one kayak, plus small boat and hot tub were available. We were lucky with the weather every day and used the great docking facility for sunbathing and swimming, in addition to the amazing Groos beach. Small and big questions were quickly clarified with the host. Nice opportunity to charge an electric car in your own garage space. Walking distance to Grimstad city center for buying fresh baked goods and a trip on the city. All in all a great stay and we would love to come back!

Southern idyll w/hot tub – close to Zoo

Large and nice house that is great for two families with small children. Quiet area, cozy towns within short driving distance from the house. Child friendly and convenient, which was the most important thing for us this time. Markus responded quickly to inquiries.

The house is better than expected and spacious. I love the beautiful tableware provided by the host. The supermarket is right in front of the house. Behind the house is a forest, on a small slope, be careful when driving in snowy days

Thank you for a great stay. It was so nice we had the opportunity to revisit the beautiful cabin “Knatten”. There's no place in the world as amazing as Risør and Barmen. We very much hope to revisit the cabin another time.

We came back to this fully equipped cabin on the rocks for a purpose: the beautiful view and the private and quiet area. The ascent from the parking lot is a little arduous, but definitely worth it. Eva is a great host and we felt very comfortable here again.
