Romantic old property, close good restaurant

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!

We stayed with friends in Giuseppina's apartment, we had a good time with everything: clean rooms, immediate communication with Giuseppina, who was a really helpful host, meeting our requests. The house is in a quiet location, close to the center, but reachable by a vehicle. There was also availability to be able to use the outdoor pool. Recommended!

Second floor apartment without an elevator in an old house but tastefully renovated and very functional. Equipped with all amenities. Very helpful and friendly hosts and family. We had a very good time.

Such a cute apartment in a really old hilltop town. If you want to experience local culture, this is the place to be. A lot of the locals spoke German which helped us to communicate! But generally there are not many attractions nearby. If you want a place to chill out and wind down with a beautiful view, this the place. Eleonora put a lot of attention into detail and even left us snacks. The access was quite difficult with very skinny streets, but we saw it as an adventure! There are restaurant in the town down the hill which are quite good.

Thank you Maria and Antonio for your hospitality, the valuable advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you made us find: we felt at home! Thank you also for helping us when the car battery left us as soon as we arrived! Beautiful beaches a few kilometers away, lots of peace and the village of Botricello is well stocked with everything. We hope to be back soon!

From the very first we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Both Francesca and her mum could not have been more helpful from dealing with initial niggles ( our fault and misunderstanding) to providing advice and support throughout our stay. The apartment was wonderfully situated for the sea and for the climb to the Old Town. It is also only a short walk to the supermarket and numerous local shops. Cariati itself is a charming place which slowly seeps into you and leaves marvellous memories.

I stayed only one night with friends but would stay again. The flat is freshly renovated, I think we were the first one there. Spotless and quite well insulated so it doesnt matter if it’s next to the main road. Very good restaurants in town. Great place to explore the area.

Gabriele was very helpful. He let us in long before check-in time. Apartment as per description Wide internally and infinitely externally, my children woke up every day in nature among cows, sheep, olive trees and peace. Cozy neighbors greeted us with fresh fresh fruit. Thanks to Lia for her not intrusive presence at all. We had a great time with our family both for location and everything else. Antonella and Franco's House of Giorgia is simply exceptional. Super strategic location: just cross the street literally twice and you can meet by the sea; a stone's throw from the Pharmacy/Supermarket/Restaurants/Lungomare. Everything perfectly matching the description: very large, very bright and very cool apartment (regardless of the air conditioners that still work wonderfully, thanks also to the really great arrangement in the two main rooms). Impeccable host: Antonella was super present and never intrusive, very helpful even before booking, she even helped us find accommodation on the beach during the most chaotic weeks of August. Highly recommended!!

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. On foot ,in 5 real minutes, you find yourself on a wonderful beach of red sand. Gabriele's friends are always available to make us the perfect stay. Thank you. Highly recommended
