Loft apartment on the Ugly fence

Practical and welcoming loft apartment of 40m2 at Ugla in Trondheim. Bus stop is just outside the door, with direct bus to the city center every 20 minutes. The place is close to Bymarka with several nice hiking opportunities, as well as lakes for both swimming and fishing. Granåsen sports facilities are also not far away (2.5 km) with the possibility of a bus there as well. Several shops and restaurants in walking distance from the apartment. The apartment has a new kitchen from 2024 with most things you need, private bedroom, bathroom and living room. Welcome!

This big quirky penthouse is located in the center of Trondheim city, with its own underground parking that makes it easy to plan your visit. Elevator from parking to front door. Large kitchen with dining area, spacious living room, 2 delicate bedrooms with ensuite large bathroom. Extremely special apartment with solid window surfaces and several skylights. Miele coffee machine and large private roof terrace with very good sun conditions. Uniquely located in the center of the city, at the same time peaceful location without any noise and traffic.

Bright and modern apartment from 2022 on 40 square meters on Byåsen. Private entrance and key box so you can easily come and go as you please. Here it is quiet and peaceful, and balanced ventilation. Large bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in living room for two. Bed linen supplied. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Washing machine in bathroom. Smart TV with Apple TV and wifi. In the street you park your car for free. It is 5 km to the city center and 5 km to Granåsen, with good bus connections there.

This is the place you can disconnect from work and stress. Here you are all alone in the woods with the opportunity to sleep over as well. It is possible to sleep 4 people, but is best suited for 2 people. FREE ACCESS TO DRY and FINE wood. 200 meters from parking. There are opportunities for hunting and fish. - Out kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outdoor shower (summer water) is also mounted for short shower lengths as I do not have unlimited water there. - Mobile wifi with 50gb so no unlimited use

Annex/Stabbur on 2 floors on the farm, about 60 sq.m.,built in 2011. Gårdstunet is located high and free at the top of Buvika , direct access to exit terrain and outdoor activities. 6 km from Buvika city centre, and barely 30 km from Trondheim city centre. Living room/Kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 room with single bed and writing desk, and 1 TV room. Bed covers/pillowcases/towels included. Guests clean before check out, cleaning is included(NOK 300.-)

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Downtown apartment

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Short way to the city centre, but also forest and fields if you desire. Stunning views over all of Trondheim. About 30 minutes walk to the city center, and 5 minutes by bus or tram. Bus stop 2 minutes from the house. The nearest grocery store is in Ila, about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There are opportunities to be able to be more than 2 people upon request. Especially during the SKI World Cup 2025.

Amazing space with unique location and views right on the waterfront. Nærme buss og sentrum, uten at du mister hyttefølelsen. Stille og privat, med vann og fjell som man kan nyte både dag og kveld. Langbord ute, gassgrill, bålpanne og egen båt. Fantastic place with unique location and views right on the water's edge. Close to bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling.
