Such a beautiful and private room and perfect for 2 people. Will definitely come back when we come to Michigan.

A great place to stay for a quick trip to Detroit! I was surprised at how close the location was to many sights and restaurants; I barely had to drive during my stay. Very easy check-in process and a very quiet neighborhood.

Ian was the host and was very attentive and respectful. The place was clean. Ian gave very clear instructions with photos on how to get to the place. The furniture and decorations were very relaxing. At times neighbors could be heard speaking loudly on a phone or entering/leaving the building but nothing intolerable. There are quiet times posted which seemed to be followed appropriately. This place is driving distance to many attractions, things to do, and places to go. After my stay Ian did check in with me to ensure my stay was pleasant and answer any questions I had. The hot tub and porch were clean. Everything functioned. Had no issues.

Great place, nice, big, and clean in a safe gated community. Great people and great hosts. Walid and Lubna were very friendly and welcoming. Best experience ever!.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood of Detroit. We never had an issue with street parking and although my bf is quite tall (6’3), the ceilings weren’t an issue for him. Such a cute place and I’d definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The home was nicely decorated and furnished. We walked to everything that we came to Detroit to do. Communication was great excellent!

It was a tremendous weekend. Sam was a tremendous host and I do not regret anything from the trip. He communicates and very dependable.

I loved the place, I had my 21st here and had some friends for Monster Jam and perogies. France's was extremely nice, let us borrow cook ware and was a great host all around.

Place was absolutely great! Smart lock made it so easy to get in & lock up as well. Fresh & very clean spacious place with great decor! Definitely a spot to getaway & relax!

I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. Joeleo was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and prompt which made the booking process hassle-free. I especially appreciated Joeleo going above and beyond during my long term stay. Highly recommend staying here!

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. I will definitely be booking again. The unit was so beautifully decorated and clean. So many different places to go in the immediate area. Taz was very responsive with any questions I had. Everything I needed was already there. It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay.!

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.
