PRM guest room at Lake Der, independent access

Our two bedroom suite for up to 5 people is located on the garden floor of a former fully renovated half-timbered hunting lodge located on the edge of the ornithological nature reserve of the ponds and Lake Der in the heart of nature. Its access is independent. It is equipped with small refrigerator, electric kettle, and can accommodate people with reduced mobility. A private terrace area is reserved. Enclosed parking. Bed and breakfasts for weekends with friends or family

Pleasant guest rooms for 2 to 9 people offered in the heart of Bar-sur-Aube and close to vineyards and estates. For 2 people: the pink room. For 3 to 7 people: two private rooms are available on the 2nd floor. For more people, we can arrange sleeping arrangements for up to 9 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just for you. And depending on the period, you can taste the fruits and vegetables that grow in our garden.

The Ladybug Farm

We offer 2 rooms with separate bathrooms for 80€ each per night for a couple. We also have a third room for 90€ for a couple. In addition, we have two large suites equipped with a double bed, a double sleeper sofa and a single bed, each for 120€ per night for 3 people. Continental breakfast is of course included. Bed and breakfast

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center.. There is a bus stop, with a bus every quarter of an hour 5 minutes from my home. I live in a ground floor building with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in is between 6pm and 9pm and check out before 8:30 am. i don't give away my keys. Be respectful, you're with us, not your own.

The Gîte de Saint-Phal

The Gite de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 incorporating 6 buildings including 3 of dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a Solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfast and a Gite. Each unit has parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with sun loungers, a table, a barbecue and candle lanterns.
