Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located right in the city center. The host is fantastic—very responsive and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and everything was just as described. Super comfortable and definitely worth the price. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back for sure!

Javier is most deserving of the 'Superhost' rating. His commitment to excellence is obvious in every detail of the apartment and building. Quality pours off of every aspect. The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen, pots and pans etc. all quality. The bed and bedding all great. I cannot say enough good things about Javier and his building - impeccable! The location is unbeatable. The main sites and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The parking garage is conveniently located. Javier was very prompt during all phases of messaging. He provided many recommendations. We were late arriving due to an auto problem. He offered assistance if we needed it. Javier waited patiently and greeted us with a smile. Javier found my wife's gold bracelet and returned it. I accidentally entered a restricted traffic zone. Javier took it upon himself to contact the police and explain my error. Hence I was not ticketed. Just a great place. Do not hesitate to book this place if you go to Merida.

Everything is great, the apartment as seen in photos, treatment unbeatable, excellent location! This apartment is definitely a success. We had all the comforts of home!

Everything is perfect. The house is clean, very new, the renovation or that seemed to us and located a five-minute walk from the Theater and the Amphitheater. Very close to everything, therefore. The very friendly landlords are aware of everything, they even helped us look for free parking. I don't think you could ask for more. I recommend this place 100%

My stay was excellent. The apartment was very clean and well cared for, which made me feel at home from the first moment. The location is ideal, close to everything you need, and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

If you could put a higher rating of 5 stars , this stay would deserve it. Juani has been a great host, friendly, respectful, very familiar. The house was super clean, cozy, it's like we were in our house. The living room kitchen had everything you need and the fully equipped rooms, the mattresses are very comfortable, we have rested very well. Upstairs has a very cool terrace that has been a shame that we could not enjoy for the time. The location is perfect for different sightseeing, Trujillo, Cáceres, Mérida and Guadalupe. Thank you very much Juani for your hospitality and for the rest of your attention a pleasure to have been able to enjoy your home.

I recommend it. Attentive and pleasant host. The house is equipped with everything you'll need. Two separate bedrooms and two very clean bathrooms. The location is perfect, close to the archaeological site and the party area.
