Beautiful place, beautiful view of the bay, very nice and communicative host. The water in the bay is very clean and clear, it's a good idea to bring a swimming mask, under the water surface you will encounter a lot of fish. A beach made of small pebbles is clean and well-maintained. The tap water is not drinkable (due to the salty taste), but hosts easily provide good water. We were with a small dog, which was no problem in the hosts building. However, you should know that there are signs at the entrance to the beach that prohibit dogs, but with reasonable care, no one pays attention to them, so it's not a problem either. Getting to the bay can be quite difficult for not very good drivers, the roads to Hvar are winding, sloping and often unsecured. However, it will be a great adventure for people who like to drive. In summary: I would definitely recommend this place and the host, choosing an apartment here you will get beautiful views, silence and unforgettable experience.

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful property and Dubravka and Djani were so kind and helpful with suggestions on things to do and restaurants to try. It was a lovely walk from old town Hvar with breathtaking views of the harbor and the Adriatic. The spacious apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished with a full kitchen. The highlight as others have stated is the lovely outdoor veranda with sweeping views of the sea. We loved having our morning coffee and late night cocktail out there. It was just perfect for our needs and would highly recommend.

The stay was nice, the house is really small but sufficient for two. Beautiful garden. Hostess was always easily accessible. The way to the beach is a little further than expected.

Thank you for everything, we had a great time. The place is beautiful and we really enjoyed the large terrace as well as the small cove at the bottom of the house for swimming.

The fisherman's house is magical facing the sea, it allows a real disconnection. We would have stayed for a few more days… Attention difficult access on stony path for 2km and neighbor on the left, nothing disturbing but not specified in the listing

Very good stay near town and the beach Just access to the house is surprising because you have to take a big climb to get to the place but on the other hand the place is very very quiet This is a place I'll go back to without any problem 😍

Charming cozy apartment in Pisak with nice terrace and a few minutes walking distance to two small beaches! The apartment has what you need and is close to larger beach resorts such as Baška Voda and Makarska if you want to go on an excursion over the day. We had nice days in Pisak and would love to come again!

The host family was very kind and always ready to help. Luka's place is really nice and big! The apartment was fully equipped, really spacious and perfectly clean! There's also a big terrace which we were using for the whole vacation. The place is very close to the sea, the nearest beach is just one minute on foot. The second beach is concrete and about 3 minutes far and never overcrowded. The sea is super clear with easy access. There are two markets, green-grocery, three cafes/restaurants, bakery and three ATM's in the neighbourhood. It is also possible to rent a bike, e-bike or four-wheeler. There are many nice cycle routes in the countryside and nice running tracks (from 10 to 20 kilometres). We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Everything was perfect during our staying in this charming apartment next to the garden. The architecture of the the house and the landscaping are amazing. Very good location for a relaxed holiday.

We stayed a full week at Josip's place and have quite a few positive thoughts about the accomodation and the communication with Josip. First thing is the cleanliness. Everything is spot clean and well organised. This is surely the first thing one cannot not notice upon arrival. Towels and bed linen were provided. Even got bigger towels for use at the pool. The pool is of pretty decent size and is very nice and clean. Feels like being at a pool of a 4-5* hotel (but then for 4-8person)! The garden has a big walnut tree that provides plenty of shades during very sunny and hot days. This is also where we mostly sit when having a BBQ lunch/dinner. For whoever is looking for a lot of privacy, Josip's place is pretty much screaming that. Josip is a very helpful and proactive person and will go the extra mile to provide you with recommendations and tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. He is super responsive and available when in need

There were four of us and it was a perfect fit with each of our bedroom and attached bathroom. The hosts have great recommendations and are super helpful if anything is missing. We had local dinner with them one night, it was really cozy. There is shopping close by, also within walking distance, it goes you a little up/down the hill, so it's not for everyone to walk. We recommend a car so it is possible to get around. However, we also used Uber and it worked perfectly. It is possible to walk further up the road - a good distance - and enjoy the view. At the end of the road is the beach and there is a cafe that serves good coffee (they have food in the summer). If you follow the path along the beach, to the right, another cafe and a bit further comes her, a really good restaurant. Can definitely recommend the place.

We had such a wonderful stay as part of our honeymoon. Such a beautiful apartment with so many amenities including pool, hot tub, ping pong, sauna, gym and outdoor kitchen. Stunning views and a quick walk to the beach and into the town. Toni and Marija were the perfect hosts, so friendly and always available to contact if needed. We would definitely recommend.

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

Very satisfied with our stay, the best apartment, view and location we've had with air bnb, by far! Great hosts; always there to answer any question and taking care of the pool, new towels and anything else you might need every day! Super clean and all you need for a comfy stay.

Awesome place! Fresh, nice and clean! A little cold in the pool but if you go at this time of year, you should not count on anything else, perfect to have the hot tub to go to after you cool down! Grgo, who we met the most was very helpful, drove us 2 times to major, which was way beyond expectations! Clear instructions if there was anything else that we needed to know about! Super nice and also a good welcome cake! We will definitely be thinking about coming back!

We loved staying in this holiday house.Clean and tidy with comfortable beds.Great position by the seafront.Could swim in front of house when there wasn t a ferry docking.Very handy for getting the catermaran ferry over to Hvar.5 min walk to shops and cafes one way and 5 mins the other way was a stony beach strip. A great host to deal with.

Perfect, stylish and quiet place for a relaxing stay. Very well equipped, sparkling clean and a spectacular view from the terrace that will make it super hard to leave the place even for a short time ;) There are restaurants and bars along the beach in walking distance and you can Uber easily into Split. Maya was super responsive and we would return anytime.

Marjan is a very pleasant and friendly landlady. We always got an immediate response to any questions. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, except that you don't see how steep and narrow the approach is, and that the house is assembled with a 2nd, and is therefore a bit ringing. Due to the climate, all doors are warped, you could only open and close it with a lot of effort. The kitchen is well equipped, with all kinds of appliances. But it has,only, salt and pepper to season. The path to the sea is via several stairs, without railings, not so ideal for older people. Although a little off the beaten path we enjoyed the tranquility extremely. The bay is great and the water completely clean and clear. Unfortunately, the water in the hot tub turned green at the beginning of the 2nd week and we couldn't use it anymore. Nevertheless, we would have liked to have stayed longer.

Gabi's place was a dream! The location is great, a beautiful big kitchen with really nice views. The kitchen has been spontaneously converted and prepared for an application. Gabi helped us with that. Thank you so much for that and provided us with a delicious liqueur. We'll be happy to come back soon!!

We loved our stay at Shahin’s home! The house is spacious with more than enough room to accommodate our group of 8 people. The location is a slice of paradise…we felt like we were living on our own private island. It is only a 15 minute drive to town…convenient enough for getting groceries etc, but far enough to feel like you’re truly remote and away from it all. You’ll want a car or some form of transportation though. We rented Quads (ATVs) which was fun and perfect for driving up and down the long street leading to the house. We were also impressed by the concierge service and additional options Shahin and her team offered. We chose to rent sea toys for the week (kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, etc). I’d highly recommend this if you’re a sporty group. The bay is perfect for exploring, and we loved waking up in the morning and having the water to ourselves. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!

Magical stay on the island of Brac! It’s a beautiful 2-bedroom stone villa nestled in a vineyard and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. There’s a short walk to a private beach that you have all to yourself except for the occasional boaters that will swim over. Very secluded and private in the best kind of way. It’s quite the drive on the last stretch of the road to get there so be ready if driving in yourself! So worth it tho!

Places to stay as in photos. I have to emphasize the cleanliness and comfortable beds. Strong WiFi. Gorgeous views and privacy. The beach directly below the apartment, not suitable for guests who have problems with their feet or walking up the hill. To get to the store by car or climb 200 stairs to the nearest small market. Fish can be bought at the beginning of Breli in the fishing room or the market in Omis. Beware, a bit of a problem with small ants inside, I recommend taking bug spray or right on the ants. Otherwise, we'd love to get back to Bojan.
