Its a professionally run Airbnb/hotel room in a modern part of Quito with pricy restos but well connected to all parts of the town with Uber or public transport. The bed might be a little small for two otherwise a great room.

“My stay in this Airbnb apartment in Quito was just wonderful. The location of the place was unbeatable as everything I needed was within walking distance. The apartment was spotless, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my stay. In addition, I must highlight the kindness and hospitality of Andrea, the host. He was always available to help me with any questions or requests I had, which made my experience even more special. Event and relaxation villa near the airport

This home is a hidden gem. It is not in the downtown area but in a village setting closer to the airport. My family of 2 adults and 4 children stayed here for a couple nights at the end of our one month stay in Ecuador. It was the perfect way to end our time in this beautiful country. The house is large and spacious and well equipped to cook and relax on the property. There are lots of things to keep kids entertained like the outdoor lawn, playground and indoor ping pong table and games. Karla, the housekeeper lives on the property and is always there to help. There is an amazing vegetable garden and Karla gave us veggies, avocados, oranges and lemons straight from the garden as we prepared our lunch. It was much more than we could eat. The owner of the house is very kind and came to see us off. We were overwhelmed by his kind gesture when he offered to drop us at the airport. We couldn’t think of a better way to end our time in Ecuador.

Nice place in a gated community in Cumbaya. Well worth what I paid. Very safe and peaceful. Javier was a great communicator and his family who lives on the bottom level is very friendly. Great internet for remote work. I would stay here again for sure.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.
