Holiday rentals in Tumon Bay

Just a great experience. The location of Ocean Villas is incredible, and the amenities were better than expected. We cooked at the covered outdoor kitchen twice, and spent every sunrise and sunset on the beach, 100 feet from our condo. The grounds and room were well taken care of, and we felt the stay was a great value. Completely over-delivered compared to our expectations and we won’t hesitate to stay here in the future!

It was an overseas trip with my parents and child. The 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a generous living room and kitchen were great for families to live comfortably. Kitchen tools and seasonings for cooking and cooking are provided, and the kitchen and air conditioning in each room allowed us to stay in a pleasant environment. With double doors, we paid close attention to security, and with the closets, desks, and chairs placed in each room, everyone was comfortable and able to stay in the space without limitations. There are beaches, marts, and resorts nearby, so it's easy to access wherever you go. However, when I first found the way, it was on the second floor, so I had to carry my luggage up, but everything else was good. The host gave the best consideration until the last day.

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

The Ruru Haus was a great fit for my family and me when we visited Guam for a few days. There were 7 of us in total, including 1 small child who was very excited to find the stash of toys under the staircase! The owners were very responsive, and the unit was clean and just as described. The only thing we struggled with was the lock and keypad - it just took a while to figure out. Otherwise, I would recommend Ruru Haus for your stay on Guam! :)

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.. Very spacious rooms and nice big dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Parking is doable but tight getting in and out of driveway. Entryway doors slide open and closed; keeping them closed kept the house cooler.

Nicole's place is great. Its location in Tumon makes it easy and fun to walk to shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you could ever need plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Furniture is comfortable. I really enjoyed the views from her place. The people in the complex are friendly. I will definitely look to book again next time I am visiting the area. Thank you!

Very good experience, nice view, seaside villa, abundant activities in the water, butler and host timely assistance, make people feel at home, great for families with small children to play together.It would be better if you can buy the right meat back for a BBQ.

Clean and spacious house Warm water Drink service and pool vouchers were perfect for a large family stay There is a gentle hill road near Tumon Beach, so the elderly need a car, but regular adults seem to be able to walk.
