Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport, 16 miles to Brighton Beach.

Comfortable space for four people can accommodate six with extra charge per person over 4. One king size bed. Two x 2’6” beds that can be made as a double on request, a 4ft pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. Travel cot/high chair available. Caravan is of Platinum standard (Park Holidays grading). You will be close to everything when you stay at this caravan. There’s a swimming pool, 10 minutes walk to the beach and arcades. Bakery, fish and chips, pubs. On site arcade, evening entertainment with bar and restaurant and more. You will need passes from reception for the pool (this is by booking your time slot) and for buying food/drinks and bingo cards etc from the bar. This is an extra cost Please note the caravan is on the quiet side of the park about a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse

Overlooking countryside and a tranquil pond (unfenced) this beautifully converted stable is situated behind a traditional Kent barn. It has been tastefully renovated and retains some original character features. Heron Cottage has its own patio area with garden furniture. 36ft swimming pool, heated from May until September (exact opening date weather dependent). Although babies up to 6 months old are permitted, there is a minimum age limit of 18 at this property.

Cozy 1 bedroom cottage with outstanding views

-Pool is now closed for the winter! Beautiful 1 bedroom cottage out in nature. With access to a private woodland grove and fields. The property is set in outstanding grounds. There is also access to an outdoor swimming pool weather permitting. We do strongly advise that all guests coming to stay are bringing a car as it is very tricky to get around without one. There is plenty of parking available. Please inform the host if you wish to bring more than 1 car.

Pool Cottage, retreat near London and the coast.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples.Pool is attached to the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time. Cottage is attached to 16th century Farm House but has a separate gate and private entrance and garden, independent from the house. Rural yet close to main town, London, beautiful Kent and Sussex country side and the coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. We also have dogs and bees, country life!
