Located on Avenida Juan B Justo, area of restaurants and bars, in the "Quinta Seccion", one of the most beautiful and safest neighborhoods Located at: 400m from San Martín Park 500m from the center of the city. 700m from Aristides Villanueva, the street with the most nightlife. 1.3km from the government house 4km from Bus Terminal. In the area you can park without problem. This accommodation is good for families, groups of friends and business travelers.

"¡Hola! Estoy emocionado de presentarles este increíble apartamento en alquiler. Está situado en una ubicación céntrica, a poca distancia del Parque San Martin y calle Aristides, con todas las comodidades y lugares de interés de la ciudad. El apartamento, en sí es espacioso y bien mantenido, con una cocina y baño moderno. También cuenta con balcón y cochera privado. En cuanto al precio, estoy seguro de que encontrará que este apartamento es una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Hermoso departamento en zona residencial, en la quinta sección de Mendoza. Dos dormitorios amplios, con aire acondicionado en cada una de las habitaciones y en el living. Cocina integrada totalmente equipada. Muy cerca del parque general San Martín, a 50 metros de la calle Aristides Villanueva, famosa por sus restaurantes, y también del centro de Mendoza. Posee servicios de Internet wifi y tv con cable. Inmejorable para turismo y viajes de negocios.

Category apartment, excellently located in the most prestigious and beautiful residential and commercial area of the city of Mendoza, on Avenida Arístides Villanueva. Two blocks from Parque General San Martín, a 15-minute walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the Civic District. Very bright. Two bedrooms, full bathroom, living and dining room plus full kitchen. Apartment is on a second floor with its own independent entrance.
