The apartment takes 2 floors, everything was good, decent rooms and a great common room for everything with almost everything you need (except for shampoo and toothpaste). The location is good: close to the promenade along the sea, about 30-40 minutes to sightseeing and cafes area and about an hour walk in the other direction from the beach (the walk would be very pleasant). Thank you for this nice place, it was very comfy and cosy.

We were able to communicate with our host Mr. Süleyman from the first day, and he was quick to respond to all our questions. Due to the road of the house, a car is absolutely necessary, there is a bakery, greengrocer, market, restaurant 10 minutes from the center of Kaş and 5 minutes by car. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures, we were very comfortable, we loved it so much that we extended our vacation for 2 more days and had a great 10 days. Most importantly, we felt at home and comfortable. Since we went with our cat, the garden provided a perfect experience for us, and it is a very well thought out detail not to contact the houses next door. The items are brand new, there is everything you need in the house. The internet TV is enough for phones, but it can be a little insufficient when meeting on the computer, etc., it was not a problem for us. It was a place we wanted to stay longer next time, thank you so much for everything.

We had a very nice week as a family. I think it was cooler and airier because it was above Akkaya. We even turned off the air conditioner at night. They created a very nice home environment. We loved it. It was also very nice to have places wiped every 2-3 days and changed the towels and sheets. The house smelled good when we arrived and our sheets were changed. Thank you so much for everything.

Our stay was great! The house is quite big and spacious, everything was spotless. There was nothing missing in terms of comfort, every detail was considered. The pool was also very pleasant, the fact that it was heated was perfect. Definitely a place we want to come back to.

Sian was a great host property is as described and any issues we had or questions he promptly answered and sorted!

Very clean apartment, close to local shops and bus station 1 minutes from the building. Burcu was very responsive and accommodating. I asked her a lot of questions, she was always answering with kindness, I even needed some kitchen utensils and she quickly provided me. The building has an elevator with quiet neighbours. The water was really warm in the bathroom. We were there in February and the apartment was super warm. We were a family with 4 people and we just felt we were at home. I highly recommend this apartment Thank you Burcu and I will come back to you next time coming to Istanbul.

The location was very well described. We found it comfortably. We really enjoyed the treats left in the house for us. It was good that there were no bugs in the garden and in the house, etc.; the furniture was clean. It can be uneasy at night when it's quiet around. Close to the sideyard and Manavgat waterfall.
