I had a fantastic stay at this penthouse! The location is excellent—close to everything while still being in a comfortable area. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and the photos in the listing are 100% accurate. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of the entire city, especially at night. The apartment itself is spacious and well laid out, providing plenty of room to relax. It’s also very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We very much appraciate our stay in this beautiful 1 bedroom apartments in a small condominium located in a walking distance to Marmaris historical center, port and bus station. The apratments are situated on a 2nd floor of a new building in a very private surroundings, with pine forest, the small and nice swimming pool and outside kitchen/barbeque area. The apartments were very clean nicely decorated and furnished, the kitchen was fully stoked. TV, AC, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and cloth washing machines are like new and works perfect. Nice and relaxing view from the balcony to the pool area and forest. Private parking is provided and very convinient. Definely will return back to this place next year. Highly recomment it.

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

Adam’s place was wonderful. Very clean and very modern. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and also the ease of checking in. Highly recommended for staying in Istanbul.

We would recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Turkey, but especially first time. The host was very informative, provided name of a car service we could use around town local restaurants and shops. The location is very central with many wants and needs just steps away. The accommodation itself was spacious, plenty of room for my family of 5. A comfy outside nook to enjoy your Turkish coffee or tea. Although there was no microwave to reheat meals pots are provided and just as effective. The building felt very secure. The area has many eclectic shops and much to see. There is a Turkish bath house near and some construction during our stay but the noise level was manageable.

Fatih ci ha accolte al meglio. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve ed è in ottime condizioni. La posizione è ottima a 100 metri dalla torre di Galata, comunque una strada poco o per nulla rumorosa. Grazie soggiorno sopa le aspettative. Consigliatissimo

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

İlkay hanım çok nazik ve bütün sorularımıza açık, net, hızlı dönüş yaptı. eve kolay bir şekilde kendimiz girdik, kendimiz çıktık buda gerçekten evinizdeymiş gibi hissettirdi. ev temiz ve düzenliydi tereddütünüz olmasın. sadece öneri olarak mutfak eşyaları biraz arttırılabilir. Tolles und großzügiges Apartment mit Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Badezimmer und eine zusätzliche Toilette vorhanden. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche bei Kemal verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schlicht und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die überdachte Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit ein toller Aufenthaltsort mit Blick in den Garten. Die beiden Hunde sind lieb, und wir haben sie sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Der Ort Cirali ist ruhig. Wir haben praktisch nur Tiere gehört (Hühner, Hähne, Hunde, Pfau). Strand, Restaurant und Supermarkt erreicht man gut zu Fuß.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Rabia Hanım ve değerli eşi bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Her şey tertemiz, fotoğrafta ne görüyorsanız bire bir aynısı. Aklınızda hiç şüphe kalmadan gidebilirsiniz.

My stay was great. I had a great view, the aircon worked like a charm, and going in and outside the gated community was quick and easy. Dont leave the windows open at sundown, because then musquito's will come into your room. Use the aircon instead at those hours. The host left water at arrival, which is always a nice gesture, and when I did have a problem, she was quick to respond.

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean. It smelled of wonderful perfume. All the furniture is new. It was very nice to receive a welcome basket. There was always hot water. Very comfortable bed. There is a washing machine with a dryer - very quiet. An amazing owner who answered all the questions. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was very kind, and she also sent detailed instructions with photos and videos. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment when I'm in Istanbul again! Thank you very much, Berrak!

We had some medical procedures scheduled, so we were looking for a place that was both comfortable and spacious since we’d be spending a lot of time at home. Even though it was just the three of us, it felt like we had an entire palace to ourselves. The house had a beautiful rustic charm, the decor was stunning, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Even while Aaron was on a flight, he still made the effort to check in and see if we needed anything. Overall, it exceeded all of my expectations. We now know exactly where we’ll stay the next time we’re in Istanbul.

We had a fab few days at Karen’s place with beautiful views of Turunc bay. There were 7 of us and we felt there was just enough space, rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The free shuttle from Loryma to the beach and town was very useful. It doesn’t run all day so a bit of pre-planning is needed around the timings. The resort has enough on site facilities such as games room, gym and pool to stay busy on-site. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated so can feel chilly quickly, but it is clean, well kept and a good size for swimming lengths and casual swimming.
