Beautiful location! We stayed in Lavender Cottage which has a private entrance and sunny garden with table, chairs and sun loungers. We took advantage of Susan’s first night meal and breakfast in the morning which made for an easy and stress free arrival and was excellent. We had a fun day out with Martin and 2 other couples wine tasting, we went to 3 very different wineries and enjoyed a 3 course meal which was also included. Susan and Martin are a fountain of knowledge concerning where to visit and eat which was really helpful and made our days out a lot easier to plan. The pool is a lovely place to cool off after a busy days sightseeing and there are also pretty shared gardens with BBQs where you can chill out and eat if you want to. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay special. It is very rural so a car is essential, but if you want a truly French experience would highly recommend! Thank you Susan & Martin for a memorable holiday!

Warm house with Jacuzzi

Impeccable stay at this charming little house. There are all the necessary kitchen amenities, a large shower and three relatively comfortable beds. Access to the house as well as the spa is easy. The shed where the hot tub opposite is located is very well arranged. We went to the spa every day, impeccable condition and temperature at 38°C. Nothing but happiness.

Our experience was impeccable! Jean Phillipe is a responsive host, and welcomed us with kindness. The accommodation is atypical, beautiful, clean and in the morning sunrise was magical Horses all around were a wonderful experience for children! Thank you very much Jean Phillipe!

Exceptional cottage - ideally located, 2 steps from the Château de Villandry - Quiet and relaxing environment - Excellent welcome from Aurélie and Julien - Impeccable accommodation and as described - Optimized space layout - Very complete amenities - Excellent quality of bedding - Cotton linens - Nice decoration - EVERYTHING is there for an optimal welcome and stay - Thanks to Aurélie and Julien!!! It was a real treat to stay in their cottage. I would 100% recommend this beautiful place.

Small stop before our vacation, my children and I stopped in this beautiful cottage and decided that we will come back for more time. One night is too frustrating. Beautifully equipped! My kids loved it! And if they're happy, I'm even more happy! The welcome was perfect! Our hosts are very welcoming and well available! I thank them for their kindness!

Great stay at the Gîte du Boum Coeur according to the descriptions and photos. very nice time at Troglo Spa. dinner and breakfast very good hearty condition. Julie is a very friendly host, very responsive and attentive to our desires. That was perfect!!!

Year-round one bedroom cottage

We stayed one week at the Baker’s Cottage on the Chateaux de Belebat property. This was the most unique property we have stayed at. It is not only a place to stay, it is a place to explore and experience. Walk or ride a bike on the nearby bike / walking trail. Drive through the country side. Enjoy the view and sounds of chickens, cats and sheep from your windows. Experience amazing views of the stars on a clear sky night. All this and more awaits you at Chateaux de Belebat. Our hosts during our stay were Sixteen and Monte (friends of Oscar and Jeff). We feel very fortunate to have met them and to have experienced their passion for history and castles in Europe (Saving Castles). Domaine du Petit Munet is splendid, a real favorite! High quality renovation and decoration, with respect for the buildings and their history. We loved our stay in Tipi Dakota the largest of the 3 tipis. Franck our host offered crayfish nets for our 5 yo son & my husband went fishing in the lakes opposite while I went for a run and a bit of yoga (meaning it was very peaceful and private) The tipi was spotless and very comfortable with extra amenities such as AC which I don't think was on the listing so lovely and cool at night. The little pool was a perfect addition for us and safe. Franck and his wife Valerie run the pizza truck across the road which for a very fussy pizza eater was probably the best pizza I have ever had. !! We loved the chickens and peacock just wondering around. thank you Franck for a great stay and I hope the crayfish were tasty 😋.

We were a couple and six kids. It was great! Everything is there to have good moments of games, sharing and sports activities (basketball, archery, ping pong, swimming pool ...), an incredibly bucolic field. We loved it! Emma and Tim are extremely nice and welcoming. A big thank you to them and their son Ranolphe who did the translation for the archery class. We'll be happy to go back!
